Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Clean condo with comfortable beds. We love Palmetto Dunes and have been coming every year for over 30 years. Nothing like the beautiful views, wide beaches, and amazing walking/biking paths throughout the resort. All three restaurants in Palmetto Dunes are great and within walking/biking distance.

Fantastic Experience

This place was absolutely fantastic! Communication was on point. The place was clean and perfect for my family of 3. Entire complex was clean and well maintained. Pool was never packed, even during our stay in early July. Very close to the beach, and an easy walk. Perfect! Will be back!

Spring Break

It was nice to walk into our condo and find every room was exceptionally clean. Ample dishes, utensils and pots & pans. All appliances were in good working order. The starter kits provided were nicely labeled and sealed in a plastic bags along with kitchen towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the pool area and ocean. The property was was well kept and nicely manicured. Communications were spot on! We will definitely return.

Broken elevator

The day before we we were leaving, the elevator was broken and was not operating when we had to move all our stuff out. We made 5 trips up and down 4 flights because the steps and hallways were wet and slippery from a rain the night before. Not a safe environment for those of us over 70.

No elevator service

Nice unit on the 3rd floor, but the elevator malfunctioned on the 4th day of our planned two week stay. We were trapped in the elevator for nearly an hour before the fire dept. freed us. I learned that the same thing had happened several times and that it often took two weeks to make repairs. Unable to find suitable alternative accommodations, we changed our airline reservations and returned home. Our vacation was ruined.

This beach property was described accurately. It provided a very nice getaway with close proximity to the beach and pool. It was nicely appointed. You may want to check the balcony rockers, as one was broken and needs repair. There was plenty of space for two and we have no complaints. We will definitely be back!

Wry nice and comfortable place. Can not complain about anything except please know to bring some extra things like salt/pepper, oil, baggies, Saran Wrap, etc. if you are planning on cooking anything.

Unit is exactly as described.

Unit is fine. A few thoughts for the property management company-- 1. give renters the correct address for GPS. Windsor 305 does not help in finding the building so had to call as we were driving around. 2. Leave information for getting into the pool area. Had to ask neighbor for the code 3. Leave better instructions for the tv as cable access and tvs in other areas are different. Saying that CNN is channel ###, does not help if one can't figure out how to get to that number. All in all, a nice unit and an enjoyable few days in Hilton Head.

Great HHI Trip

Love Palmetto Dunes and this place was a short walk to the beach, very convenient. No issues except the screen door was broken upon arrival and had to call in for extra washcloths. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great apartment and location

Great apartment with enough space to move around and spectacular ocean views. My only complaint was the bed head was lower than the feet which was weird. My husband looked under the bed and the head support was out so something that hopefully is easy to fix.

Windsor Place is beautiful. This property has been one of the best so far. This was our 4th year staying at this condo. This unit was fully stocked, incredible view of the ocean. The most perfect set up. Would recommend and hope to be lucky enough to stay there again.

Wonderful week!

305 Windsor Place was perfect with beautiful view of beach! All the amenities were nice, comfortable and CLEAN! The king bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on. Close to many of the popular restaurants on the island.

Great stay!

This unit was very clean and the kitchen was equipped well. I love to cook locally and was impressed at how well stocked the kitchen was. The elevator was temperamental and someone had already reported it. It worked, thankfully. We could hear the ocean from the balcony with no issues.
