Great Property

Place was clean with ton’s of space. Loved the three bedrooms with three baths. The half bath on the main floor was a plus. Great location would stay here again. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions.

Relaxing and peaceful getaway

Our stay at 139 Beachwalk was everything we hoped it would be! As soon as you walk into the townhome it has a warm and cozy feel. There is so much space and the view of the golf course is beautiful! The bedrooms are very roomy and there was plenty of space for my family of 5. The only downside is that there was not a good skillet to make breakfast. But that really didn't matter as my teens kept going out for donuts anyway! (Try Duck Donuts, they are so yummy!) The owner was very responsive to our questions and made sure everything was OK with the unit. I would highly recommend staying here if you need space and relaxation.

Everything we needed

This is a property is in an ideal location in the Shipyard Plantation Hilton Head. Very close to restaurants and beaches. It sits across from the Sonesta Hotel. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds.Owner is very responsive. There is a private pool within the Beachwalk community, and we could walk or ride bikes to the beach. Ample parking. Kitchen appliances all worked, nice view of Galleon Golf Course on Shipyard.

Unique layout

I liked the dual family room setup. It allowed adults to separate and watch two things on television and converse together. The bedroom setup was nice that each bedroom had a bathroom. Two en-suite and one across the hall. The beds were comfortable and the rooms good-sized. I enjoyed my stay and would rent this unit again.

Just perfect!

We loved our stay in this Beachwalk unit! It has a great location, short walk to the beach, and it has two beautiful decks to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. View from the unit and from the decks overlooks the golfcourt and pond. The unit is nicely decorated and has plenty of space for everyone. We loved the dual living rooms, big kitchen and nice breakfast area. Upstairs all the bedrooms are nicely furnished. Main bathroom is beautifully renovated. The owner is super nice and responds to any question in a quick and timely manner. We will for sure come back again. Thank you for a lovely Thanksgiving stay in Beachwalk.

Great accommodations

The townhouse is in a great location close to the beach plus the pool is just steps away. The place is large and comfortable...probably the nicest townhouse I've stayed in at Hilton Head. I highly recommend choosing this listing for your vacation.

Fantastic Shipyard Location!

The location couldn't be better. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes and enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops. The area is peaceful and perfect for a getaway, yet close enough to amenities for anything you might need. The location is truly the best in Shipyard! We had everything we needed for a memorable stay including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a great time in HHI. The property was beautiful, we were greeted by an alligator on the greens across from the pond! Our host was attentive and very kind. We had a short 5 minute walk to the beach and was there multiple times a day.

Great Place

We have visited the Island for many years and this is the nicest unit we have had. It’s very clean, well appointed and well equipped. A short walk to the beach and the pool is a few hundred yards away. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave. Highly recommend.

Great place near water

This was a great place to stay. The owner was incredibly accommodating and the place was very clean. The close walk to the beach was nice, and Shipyard is an awesome community. Very close to shops, restaurants, and beach!! Will hopefully stay here again next year!

Home Away From Home

We had such a wonderful week in our Beachwalk Villa! It truly felt like home away from home. The proximity of the villa to everything we love to do on the island is great. The Villa also has two separate living spaces, which is ideal for watching television and unwinding after a fun-filled day. I would highly recommend staying in this villa, and working with Andy! He takes pride in his Hilton Head home and shared details with us every step of the way. Excellent trip and property!

Comfort and View

Very comfortable unit and the location was great for accessing the beach. Family loved the amenities, 2 decks over a grassy lawn and the view of a lagoon and golf course. Host communicated very well. Gave thorough instructions and information regarding the area. Hope to be his guests again.

Family Friendly, Great Location

Property was clean upon arrival, close to pool and nice short walk to beach. It was so close to the beach parking that there was no reason to ever drive. Property is also tucked back near end of community so traffic is low. Parking lot occasionally full so we would park nearby. We had a good vacation. Would be happy to return.
