The house met our needs very well and the rental company was quick to respond to our inquiries prior to our stay. The pool heat was a plus since we visited in October.

Birthday/Family Get-together

Great home that gave 9 adults and 6 kids plenty of space. Kitchen was wonderful. Had all the dishes, utensils, cooking ware you could ever need. Although we brought our own beach and pool toys we didn't need to. Plenty to pick from in the garage. Best vacation - mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool and family dinners. A great house!!

Well stocked with everything you need from large pots to mixers, crockpots, roasters, etc.Beach is beautiful , we saw lots of dolphins everyday.Only frustration was cars from #15 keep parking between house #13&15 and blocking the designated access up get our 2 beach carts to beach path.

We loved that the kitchen had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators which made it very easy to prep meals and clean up for a large group.We loved the large updated floor plan, the pool and pool area, the screened in porch, the easy walk to the beach and the location within Sea Pines.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great week.This house works out great for our big family.We love the two fridges, two sinks, two dishwashers---that all helps with a large group.I would recommend providing several more kitchen dish towels as well as some blankets and extra pillows for the bedrooms.We did have a problem with the trash not being picked up on either day it was supposed to, but the management company was quick to send someone over to quickly pick it up. We greatly appreciated that.Looking forward to next year!!

Lots of space, new kitchen and baths, a bonus “pool table room” where some of the kids could decompress after a long day. The pool, spa and location are all great assets. It’s also quiet but close to south beach area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family of 17 (babies to adults) for a summer week at the beach. All 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms were updated. Property description and bedroom configurations were accurate. The pool and outdoor space was amazing with plenty of seating options. We loved the double refrigerators and dishwashers - a must with such a large family! The kitchen was equipped with necessary cooking items. A short walk to beach access was a huge plus (~3 minutes). The house is within walking distance to South Beach shops and restaurants and sits on a quiet dead end street. Outdoor shower and hose were a great amenity after a sandy beach day. The garage access was perfect for storing our beach gear. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! Would recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely perfect for our large family. The location is great and the house is beautiful with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! The reason for the 4 star reviews is that the basketball hoop was very rusted and it fell apart the first day. Our 8 teenage boys were disappointed as it was not replaced during our stay. Management did respond quickly to the issue however as well as to another plumbing problem. 2 quick points—could use more kitchen dish towels and the only reason we won’t be renting again is that the rental fee went up $4,000 for next year. Although we LOVE Hilton Head (we’ve visited over 20 times) we’re sticking closer to home in Michigan for 2023–much shorter drive and more reasonable rents.

Only two issues were the pull out couch in game room was not confortable for the teenage kids and the diswashers were not the most effective--sometimes leaving dirty silverware. Great distnce from the beach!!

Bathrooms in every room were super convenient. We had everything we needed, plus some. Coastal Home & Villa were great to work with and were extremely responsive. The beach was a 3 minute walk (we timed it) and there were plenty of things within biking distance. Everything was awesome!

Perfect house!

This house is beautiful. It was also immaculate. We walked on the beach every morning and every evening. Played in the pool.... cooked in the kitchen. We had 10 people and plenty of space for everyone. We will probably rent it again next year, it was exactly what we needed. True perfection.
