Excellent location in sea pines. First time using Vrbo & will use them again. Property was beautiful, everything as advertised & more. The pool, hot tub & location to the beach were a hit. House was beautiful & spacious.

Sea Pines is amazing. The property is surrounded by Live Oaks with Spanish Moss and Southern Pines. We loved the pool and the walk to the beach is reasonable.

Beach vacation

The location was close enough to all we had planned to do. The house met all of our needs and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The open concept worked well for our young grandchildren. we enjoyed all of the different sitting areas. the pool was beautiful and the kids loved it.

Friends vacation!

The vacation was perfect! The house floor plan was so open, beds extremely comfortable, kitchen stocked, pool perfect, location ideal and the management company first class. We will rent this every time we come to Hilton Head.

Fantastic week!

12 Deer Run Lane is a perfect vacation home. Beautiful gated community. Huge open floor plan. All the kitchen things! Fantastic pool and hot tub. Nice linens and towels. Bicycles! Not too long a walk to the beach. We would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful Island Retreat

The property we rented was a peaceful and beautiful getaway in Sea Pines. We have stayed in Sea Pines before and on HHI for many years but, we really loved everything about this house. It is apparent that the owners take excellent care of it and wish for their renters to be well taken care of as well. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool lovely and the living space is bright and airy. The walk or bike ride to the beach is perfect. Being close to South Beach was fun also. Thanks again for offering such a wonderful place to make memories! We hope to be able to stay here again.

Great location, Beautiful home

The house was clean and inviting. The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub was a nice touch. Tropical storm Elsa hit during out vacation and the management kept us informed about how to prepare and what we could expect afterwards. The groundskeepers and staff that we interacted with at the home were polite, friendly and courteous. The location of the house is perfect - about equidistant from Harbor Town and South Beach - close to the bike trail and a short bike ride to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

great stay

We had a great time at this lovely house. It was very clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the spa not working even though we paid extra to have it heated. However, the staff was very helpful in getting it turned on quickly for us. The outside pool area is covered with trees so the pool and pool area does get dirty quickly but we actually liked being shaded from the hot sun. Great stay!!

Excellent Location, exceeded expectations

The property, located in the Sea Pines Resort, was clean, well kept, and a short 12 minute walk to the beach! Access to biking, a private pool, and wide open floor plan accommodated a tremendous experience. One minor drawback the wooded setting limits the sun at the pool.

Oasis in Sea Pines

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for two weeks in May. Our stay was perfect. The home is well appointed and was very clean (we also opted for mid-stay cleaning by the management company). The street + surrounding neighborhood are quiet, but the house is conveniently located with a bike path directly behind the home and all major destinations quite close by bike - beach (5 min), South Beach marina (8 min), Sea Pines Center (8 min), Harbour Town (9 min), Sea Pines Beach Club (~10 min). The most relaxing part of the home is the pool + spa area, which is shaded by beautiful oaks & pines but with just enough sun to make the pool enjoyable. We would highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful house!

Clean, spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. Perfect location for enjoying Sea Pines and HH! Loved the pool and hot tub and bikes provided. Hope to stay here again!

A wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect... Spacious, clean, beautiful finishes and had everything we needed. It was just as nice as the pictures. We loved hopping on the trail behind the house. It was a short walk (10 minutes) and bike ride (5 minutes) to the beach and fun to pedal around the island. It was a fantastic place to do virtual school and work with a high speed internet connection. We loved jumping in the pool for recess and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to return next year!

Very enjoyable

The house was great, large, clean and the 2 master suites were perfect for us and our guests. Bikes included were a plus since we love to bike. Would recommend that there be at least 1 basket. I rented some for us. Pool was a plus, we enjoyed that most days.

4th Week at this Property

Every summer we come to HHI for a week. We just completed our 4th week at this property. If we stay anywhere else we are disappointed. The house is comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The pool is perfect for our kids - we spend most of our time out there. And everyone loves Sea Pines, the beach is much nicer and less crowded than other parts of the island, the trails are perfect for walks or biking, and Harbor Town is a great evening destination - the playground, the boats, and Cinnamon Bear for ice cream. We'll be back again next year.
