Really perfect in every way!

We have been visiting Hilton Head for 15 years, and this property is by far our favorite. The house was super clean, and the kitchen had all the stuff we needed because we like to cook at home. Walk out access to the beach is perfect for our family. No need to pack up everything. Kids could pop back in for snacks or cool down. We could enjoy a view of the beach from the patio. We loved our stay!
Great table space for puzzles!

Coastal Elegance

Enjoy the ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows! This elegantly decorated condo feels like a real home and not a rental. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return. Don't tell anyone, but this is our favorite section of beach as it is wide and flat. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful if you choose to walk or bike ride on many of the shaded trails instead of the beach. It truly is coastal elegance and a very special place.

Beautiful week at Sea Pines in Hilton Head. The condo was a wonderful unit. Very easy access to the beach, beautiful views, wonderful ocean sound. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Beach Villa

The photos of this villa do not do it justice. It’s a beautiful, roomy and secluded getaway spot that is steps from the beach. Our family had a great stay here.

Excellent location...

The location and view of this condo was excellent. Very convenient to the beach. Layout of the condo was great and it was fairly well appointed. Could have used more kitchen items such as hot pads and dis towels but otherwise okay. The cleanliness was lacking as we filled two vacuum canisters with dirt, sand and hair from the floors and HVAC vents. Once properly cleaned by my wife and I it was great.

Great location, great customer service, above average cleanliness.

Location of this property is unbeatable! Right on the beach, steps away from the pool, and short bike rides to anything you would want. The unit was well stocked with everything from linens to kitchen equipment. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find. I am a huge stickler on cleanliness, and there were a few very small areas that I didn’t find super clean. However, nobody else in the group noticed it and I was able to do a quick cleaning myself and everything was up to par! The communication before our stay and during our stay was great. My questions were answered in a very timely manner and the people I spoke with were extremely friendly. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Spring break with two teens

The villa is private with easy access to the beach. Loved the patio and view. It is a most attractive and comfortable decor and well maintained. Lots of excellent light in bathrooms and kitchen. Enjoyed the game table. The directions on locating the villa need to be improved.

Delux Ocean Front!

View is amazing! Walked in to see the ocean from the living area, kitchen and master. Plenty of room for our family holiday away. Beds were comfortable and KING size in two main bedrooms. The unit was well stocked, super safe and also provided easy ocean access. Just steps out the door and you were on the Atlantic. Highly recommend this first floor unit. Also rented bikes from property management company, they were delivered to our unit and made our stay even more fun. App for check in/out was easy to use.

Great location. Not clean. "Vacation Company" management difficult

Took lots of pictures of unclean areas. Then when I took a hard fall on tile floor after slipping on the large rug in master bath without rubber backing, we decided it was time to leave. Would not recommend.
