The pool and backyard are lovely. We loved the separate ice maker in the kitchen. Holly and Carrie at the vacation company were both kind and helpful.

This home was a great choice for a family vacation! Well stocked kitchen, complete with under counter ice machine and beverage fridge! The home’s layout initially seemed a bit odd as there is a queen bedroom off the kitchen with an entrance through a full bathroom or a walk around entrance through the back living room. Furnishings were comfortable and in good condition; tons of extra pillows and blankets! The walk to the beach access was less than a five minutes!I decided to give the property 4 stars only because the pool area had a lot of debris daily in and around it. We skimmed the pool multiple times a day, but the pool was only vacuumed professionally once before we arrived and then only one other time during our stay. There was an extra cost to request an additional pool clean. With all the foliage around the home, a daily pool vacuum would have been preferential. In addition to that, the gutters in the back of the home desperately need to be cleaned. It rained multiple times during our stay, and the rainwater just over ran the gutters above the back sliding door entrances due to the amount of debris in the gutters, making for slippery steps. Other than those two complaints, the place was great! Everyone had a great time! There were also additional beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a couple of boogie boards to use. The offering of complementary bikes for use was also a plus! Thanks so much!

Our mini-family reunion at this property

This property was absolutely perfect for our mini-family reunion. The management company was quick to respond and easy to work with. We appreciated the attention to detail in the house! The communication once we booked this house was outstanding. One shower door doesn’t have the bottom “flap” and water leaks significantly onto the floor when someone takes a shower. Might be worth looking into, as the water could be a fall risk for someone. We would 100% come back to this house and also use this vacation rental company again. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We loved this location—easy access to the beach, South Beach, and Harbour Town. We really enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated the use of 4 bikes. We had a minor issue with losing hot water in the home early in our stay, but the property management company was quick to have this resolved, and the problem didn’t recur. Very comfortable beds, and a nice large kitchen with plenty of equipment for cooking meals. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay at this property again.

A great family vacation

Our visit was June 1-8. This was our first home rental on Sea Pines. We had stayed 6 times at Palmetto Dunes in a condo. Sea Pines fells a bit more quiet and private. The home layout was perfect for my daughter and her husband & 2 boys plus my wife and me. We really liked the layout of the bedrooms which were spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The ice maker was a plus. We enjoyed the 4 bikes that were included. It is only a short walk to the beach. The pool was decent and did not have to be heated. The only slight negative was there were a lot of small mosquitoes (no see ums?) most of the time around the pool. Perhaps the owner could apply something to the surrounding foliage. Great stay!

Perfect Getaway

Everything was great - the property was as advertised - a short walk to the beach - 4 bicycles to ride, outdoor shower and hose in front of house to clean off feet, we used all 4 bedrooms, the kitchen was perfect for our size, the extra ice maker was great for heading to the beach for the day. When not at the beach we were in the pool. There were also lots of games for the kids in the cabinet - plenty of TVs - it was exactly what we were looking for.

Great Stay

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. Each kid got their own room, and the house was very spacious and clean. The bikes and beach towels included were great and there were some assorted pool and beach toys/gear in the closet. The pool and hot tub did get a bunch of leaves every day but we didn't mind doing a little skimming in the morning. There were puzzles and board games available. The icemaker was great for daily use, but yes it's a bit loud. We just turned it off when it was bothering us. We would stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This house is perfect for a quiet, comfortable getaway. Close to the beach, private pool, bikes included and plenty of space for everyone. The furniture is in good shape and there is plenty of it. The kitchen has all of the equipment, place settings and flatware you could need. The house is exactly as advertised. We would stay here again.

Beautiful well appointed home

We had the best vacation at this home. Beautiful back yard with pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. Very clean and comfy beds. We highly recommend this home and also recommend the property managers of this listing. Very quick to respond and gave perfect directions on operating the hot tub. They seriously thought of everything!

10 Baynard Cove, Sea Pines

This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious home. 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a spacious kitchen with all the cooking items you will need. The pool area is beautiful and is bathed in sunshine for the better part of the day. Also a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. Only a short 8 minute walk to the beach. We loved our week here and will certainly be returning in the future.

Great week in Sea Pines

Great location. Beautiful tree lined neighborhood. Pool was a great way to cool off from the August heat. Extra Ice maker was awesome to have for drinks and coolers. Perfect beach week for our family of 7.

10 Baynard Cove

Only complaints was concerning one of the beds. I called the property manager and they fixed the loud noises coming from any movement on the bed and brought an egg crate mattress topper to help with the poor mattress quality. However, I expect good mattresses from the beginning. I didn’t feel good the entire week knowing that one of the couples (that had traveled from California) didn’t get good sleep due to the poorly made mattress. This bedroom was also very odd in that it was connected to the laundry room via a hallway…no door in between. It also connected to a bathroom that led to the kitchen but the bathroom door didn’t lock. Odd floor plan. Great location.

Family Vacation

This house was amazing. The location is very peaceful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. We paid the extra fee for the hot tub and it was well worth it. The pool area is pretty much all shaded with the neighbor's trees. Would have liked to have had a little more sun in the pool area, but the patio had spots where there was sun. The unheated pool was still warm enough considering the shade. Beach access is across the street about a 7 minute walk. The bikes are a great added benefit. Also, we rented vacation gear and it arrived at the house before we did! The extra ice maker came in handy as well. The Vacation Company was very attentive and kept us all notified through text notifications and email about how to check in, check out, etc. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house, very clean!

This house was beautiful and very clean! I was very impressed with how clean the house was, definitely one of the cleanest properties we have rented. The house is very nice and very large. The pool was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old loved it!! We got it heated which was perfect for our mid-May stay. The house is about a 5 minute walk from the beach (a very easy walk down Baynard Cove, to the bike path and across the street to the beach path). I would stay at this property again!

Loved the location and the house was set up with everything that we needed. We loved the close access to the beach, the numerous spots for fishing and proximity via walking or bikes to harbor town, sea pines beach club and salty dog cafe! Would definitely rent again!

Awesome location perfect for our family

This house had everything. We loved the pool and hot tub in the backyard and the short walk or bike ride to the beach. We had an issue with one of the beds and it was fixed immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and everything in the house including baths were updated. With two families staying there we took advantage of the two living areas. We would definitely stay there again.
