Pro's: Enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient for us to travel to Springfield and Dayton OH, and Williamstown KY for day trips. We love to stay at locations in farming areas and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the farm fields from our room. Host very helpful and friendly. Over the garage studio apartment is nicely decorated and clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the heated pool. Cons: The over-the-garage studio apartment has a kitchen area with countertop appliances for food preparation, no stove, which was challenging to prepare the meals we had planned. There is a small undercounter refrigerator, no freezer, which meant we could not refreeze our ice packs or buy any ice cream or have ice. Entry to the apartment is through the hosts garage, which felt awkward to walk around their parked vehicles when we came and went. The guest area has no door, just open steps, which felt insecure to not be able to lock our area when we slept or were not there.

Perfect studio style apartment for a family of 4! Comfortable beds, access to an amazing pool, pool house, and sauna that we took full advantage of! Plenty of beach towels, which is very appreciated! We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you, Karan!

We went hiking at Caesar’s Creek & spent the night here before going back to Columbus. My son & I enjoyed watching movies in the “home theater setup” & relaxed in the super comfy recliners. It was quiet, clean & convenient! Fully equipped kitchen, ample space. Looking forward to coming back in the summer when the gorgeous pool is open. Easy check in and our host answered questions promptly. With this particular studio, there is a separate secured entrance attached to the garage/house, but not a locking door to the apartment itself. This was the only thing I felt a little uncomfortable about.

We went in the winter and while we were sad we couldn't use the pool, it was still worth every penny. The absolute best there is to offer in the area.

It was so hard to leave just a perfect vacation rental. Will be back when we can stay longer. Karan and her family made us feel at home. She is so kind and an amazing host. As gorgeous as the pictures are, her property is even more lovely in person. So kind of them to keep the pool heated so warmly I was in yesterday while sunny out and only about 60 degrees. Was not chilly in the hour or two I spent in the pool. The studio had everything we needed. She was very accommodating with our arrival and departure. It was just superb!

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway. The countryside was so calming and relaxing. The accommodations were very nice and the pool and outdoor amenities were beautiful! This place is a slice of heaven! We enjoyed all aspects of the property from the pool, ping-pong table, sauna, treehouse, swings, and playing with Nibbles. Karan was very friendly and attentive. We are looking forward to coming back soon!
