"We were very happy with the listing. Exactly as it shows and easy to find. A great spot for us as we attended graduation at the Naval Academy. Plenty of places to eat close by. We had the best crab cakes at Pappas! Parking was right outside the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent. Absolutely recommend this little gem."

"The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again. "

The house had been redone in the last couple of years, with new bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, flooring, very clean. We could walk to the Safeway, trolley stop, nearby restaurant. Most of the time there were five of us, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for drinks and snacks. "

"Very nice host! Close to the Metro and RFK Field. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and provided lots of useful information. I will say this house sleeps more of 8 if you have all adults but for us that was a minor thing as most of us weren’t there at the same time so it worked great! We plan to come back to DC next year and this definitely is going to be our first choice! Parking was no problem and plenty of it great location! "

Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. "Our party was diverse so having a bathroom in every room was a huge benefit! The back patio was large but the weather prevented us from using it. Check-in was seamless, check out was easier. Owner only reached out when needed. If we wanted to be extra picky, the television situation was strange and difficult to navigate. However, we weren't in the house long enough for it to matter. We would 100% stay here again."
