This place is a fantastic home.I think the rental agency leaves a lot to be desired.They said the house was just cleaned a few days before. There were hundreds of dead flies in the master shower alone as well as bugs around the house. We had to purchase extra toilet paper, since we ran out. Very few towels and wash clothes. The well went dry every night and you could only flush the toilets the 1 time until about 8:30am. We ran out of garbage bags, which the rental company did bring a box of those out. There were squirrels in the walls and ceiling in one of the bedrooms. I did find out where they were getting in and sent them a picture. The couple sleeping in that room had to sleep on the couch with all the noise. (They left a day early due to sleeping conditions.) The icemaker in the wet bar did not work, and the one in the fridge didn’t keep up. The hot tub was cloudy and we didn’t dare use it. They said it was just serviced. A couple of the couples have hot tubs at home and said they wouldn’t use it. This a multi-million-dollar home. Very nice home. Just needs an agency to take care of it.The rental agency said they would refund 1 day of the rental and they only sent a little over half. They do not respond to calls or emails once you are not a renter.
