"別府湾を望むロケーションは最高に良く温泉も内湯、露天共に満喫できました。 ただインバウンド客が多く浴槽に潜って遊ぶ年輩の中国人や身体拭かず脱衣場に上がってくる人などマナーの悪さが気になりました。"

"以前泊まった時は地獄蒸し、湯上がりビール、湯上がりのかぼすジュース、ピノと全てを満喫致しました。 今回の利用でも、早い時間には全てあったのでしょうが二晩ともホテルに戻るのが遅かったため全てのサービスが受けられず残念でした。 バーのコーヒーマシンも故障中、作務衣の在庫もなく、化粧水のストックも、ピノも在庫切れでした。 知らなければよかったのですが、以前宿泊した時はフルでサービスを受けていたので、今回は残念でした。"

"新しいので部屋は綺麗だが、壁紙がはかれかけてるなどメンテナンスが必要と思う。露天風呂は狭くお湯がぬるい。部屋の風呂もぬるく、冬は寒いと思う。 安いプランだったためか、駐車場が2台スペースだったので、停めるのに苦労した。ハッチバックの開閉、ドアミラーなど気を使う状態。 別府は価格が高めのホテルが多く、大分の方が安いところが多い。安さの面でここは良かったと思う。由布院に向かうのに場所も良かったと思う。"
