The whole place was very comfortable and in a very beautiful and convenient location with places such as Castle Combe, Bath and Longleat not far away if you wish to go out for the day. "Beautiful Georgian building. Comfy beds. Very tidy property. We found the clothes washer a challenge. Also, not a negative for us, but be prepared for creaky doors and floors. Lovely view of canal and cricket pitch and hillside."

We arrived after 9 days in a hotel in London, and it was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine. My elderly dad really appreciated the lift. Communications and check-in were easy, and our hosts were instantly available by phone when we had a question about the front door access. "Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. Highly recommend!"
