Beautiful location

We loved this property and location. The home is nicely laid out with a master on one side and two other bedrooms on the opposite side. The views are spectacular. The kitchen is very well appointed, and we cooked almost every meal at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Highlands is only a short drive, as are countless hiking options. Would rent this property again.

Believe the views!

Arrived at property to find owner of rental company blowing off the deck area. Nice last minute touch. Great communication throughout the reservation process. Home has AMAZING views. 10 minutes to town in a lovely neighborhood. Very cozy furnishings and comfy beds with extra blankets and throws provided. Bags of dog toys were left also which my pups really enjoyed. Well stocked kitchen. Would absolutely return!

The Perfect Highlands Home

This home is my first choice when visiting Highlands. From the breathtaking views to open family room and space for guests to have their own rooms. Also just a quick drive to town and great hiking so close! The fireplace was perfect for cold evenings. You won’t want to leave!

A little slice of heaven.

This home was everything we wanted. From the 20 ft fireplace to the breath taking view, we enjoyed every single moment. We made friends with the gang from The Blue Bike resturant and really enjoyed shopping in Highlands. It was a vacation of a lifetime. Definitely going to go back.

Wonderful house & views!

We loved the house! Great location between Highlands & Cashiers. And the view from the deck was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again. And we were able to take our dog! Saw two bears while driving to the house! Thank you for letting us stay there.

Cool and Quiet

It's hard to believe we went an entire week without turning on the TV (though Bella has excellent service). We walked and enjoyed the porch; early AM, late evening and mid day. The kitchen area is small but worked perfectly for our small group. It's very well equipped. The gas grill on the deck works well. Bathrooms are basic but the linen is good and there was plenty of hot water. Only caution: If you're over 6'2'' you may bump your head on the edge of the awesome mantel. Flat Mt Estates Rd is a small challenge to us Floridians but we went slow and it's recently paved. Definitely would return.

Great home in a great location

Outstanding stay at Bella Vista! Staff was very friendly and helpful. View was excellent and house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Being at the end of the road made us feel secluded even though there are a couple of houses close by. Perfect place to come home to after a day on the trails. Location is very convenient to everything in town. I highly recommend Bella Vista and can't wait for another visit.

Amazing view and beautiful accommodations.

What an amazing place. The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is breathtaking. There was six of us and it was a perfect fit. The house has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It’s only 5 miles from town. You can explore the shops in town, take in the waterfalls, hike or just hang out and relax. We went white water rafting for my sons 25th Birthday while we were there. Had a blast. In the evenings we built fires in the fire pit on the deck and reconnected as a family. We even played a few rounds of Yahtzee. I highly recommend the Bella Vista. I would love to go back for fall colors.
