Anniversary Weekend Getaway

My husband and I had a great anniversary getaway weekend. The farmhouse is everything we wanted. The town of Franklin is very inviting. The hosts were very responsive and we highly recommend this property.

4 Day Getaway to Ride

Great location to ride, close to town, easy access in/out, enjoyed the front and back porches in the evening. Vicki/Ted gave clear departure directions, keyless entry was simple. The house was clean, had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and Charming Farmhouse

Our visit was short but sweet. This farmhouse is the ideal place for my husband and I to get away, enjoy the mountains and relax. We have stayed here several times and will do so again hopefully soon. This home is perfect for couples and/or families.

Cute country farmhouse

Country home with yesteryears charm and close to town. Home was clean and decorated very nicely. Living room floor dips a little in the middle of room, but felt safe. Enjoyed our stay stay!

The farm home where we stayed was home away from home. Our family really enjoyed the time we had. There was every kind of kitchen gadget for any cooking that we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable. The living room was where we all congregated to talk and watch tv. It was very comfortable. We were even able to do laundry. The yard was neat and clean. The flowers were very pretty. We felt very safe.

Felt like home

Enjoyed the quiet place to stay that allowed us to let our kids run. Children Ages 6-13 and my two sisters enjoyed the porches. We stayed here after deciding that we could save by going with a vacation rental to split costs and have more privacy and space. This farmhouse has all the charm that the pictures show and more. When I visit again this is a lace I will call home while on vacation.

Nice property

There were a lot of pros to this property. Comfortable beds, every thing was clean and well decorated. Appliances and air conditioning were in well working order. They only cons were a lack of closet space and only one bathroom which I did not realize in advance. Neither of those significantly affected our stay.

Cozy Farmhouse

The hosts made the check in process super simple. We found the farmhouse easily and just 5 minutes from downtown. The house is just as listed, very nicely decorated, warm and cozy. It was great to come back at the end of the day after a hike to cozy up in front of the fireplace with a nice glass of wine or local brew. The house is near the road, but traffic is not constant. There is a lot of land around it which meant our son could run and play outside easily. Perfect space to toss a ball or a frisbee, and it made for a lovely evening to play and then toast s’mores by the firepit. Overall tbe location is excellent for Franklin - convenient to downtown and if you’re heading to some of the hiking trails. It’s also easy to get to Highlands and visit Dry Falls on the way. We had a lovely week - a perfect Thanksgiving get away.

Perfect Stay in the Mountains

We have stayed in this lovely farmhouse before. We love the proximity to the town of Franklin and to the Smokey Mountains. This gem has everything you need . . . your home away from home. We took day trips to see the leaves in all of their fall glory and then returned to the farmhouse for a nice relaxing evening. We give this home two thumbs up!!! : )
