4 day trip. Clean house. Everything we needed. Definitely will rent again since our daughter has 3 more years of college up there. Beds are super awesome Comfy. Kitchen is a bit small if you’re used to having 2-3 people in the kitchen at same time. Air was great and master bedroom even had a standup fan. Was great because we forgot ours. Solid house! Enjoy!

Love This Cabin

This is our second time staying and we love it! It is so peaceful and quiet, all you hear are the owls and woodpeckers. Plenty of room inside to spread out, and we definitely took advantage of all the board games. Can’t wait to stay again.

A great cozy little cabin for a family get away in the mountains! The home was very clean and the property manager is very accommodating. The furniture is very comfortable. We are already planning a trip to come back this summer! 10/10!

We enjoy this home so much. This is the 2nd time we have stayed. The home is VERY clean, has comfortable furniture and is very tranquil to set out on the porches. We will continue to stay here when in Franklin.

Great Getaway

Our family had a great time staying at this property. This property is a great for families. The only downside is that there is no play are for kids so on rainy days was not much for kids to do. Property however was correctly described and overall we had a great time.

Canin in the trees

It was lovely here. The place is very quiet and isolated. The hot tub was great! Sitting at the top of a very steep hill, we felt liked we had climbed into a giant treehouse. The owner was super helpful.

Excellent weekend get away

The cabin was excellent. It had a wonderful relaxing feeling to it. You can tell the owner cares about making renters comfortable and happy. My fur baby had him a great time as well. Only wish I could have stayed longer. Like most cabin rentals, a lot of steps to go up and down but that is expected for a cabin. This place really is a jewel to stay at.

Nice cabin

The property was nice and very clean. The jacuzzi was a very nice feature. Communication with the host was very prompt. There was not a great view as advertised. Maybe there once was but a lot of tree growth mostly likely covered want once was.

Perfect getaway for July 4th

From driving in and seeing pastures, cows and mountains in background to arriving at the secluded mountain home this was a perfect weekend getaway. We spent almost all our time on the wraparound porch, either in the rocking chairs, porch swing or big, comfy outdoor table. (Great for dining and playing Scrabble or Yahtzee.) Took full advantage of hot tub. Just make sure to heat it long before deciding to take the plunge. Fire pit with s’mores added to star-studded evenings. Basement apt was ideal for college-aged daughter to chill with her dog. Dark, quiet and great for late morning sleeping in. And close to Franklin!

Wonderful relaxing vaca!

This is what we experienced. Very steep driveway which is common in the mountains. Upon entry the house was immaculate which I am VERY picky. The furniture was comfortable and sturdy for the small to the bigger framed people. Would love to have one of those red recliners! Got great use out of the 2 porches, our dog enjoyed watching the squirrels from them. Enjoyed the big picnic table on the top porch where we ate all of our meals. The home had everything we needed. We had cell service and internet was used for many zoom meetings. We did not use the hot tub, dining table chairs, fire pit or fireplace. Easy check in/out. We had no issues so host was never contacted. We will stay here again. Thank you.

Absolute Dream Property! 👌🏻

We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids. We ventured off site twice, but primarily enjoyed just hanging around the home. This property was amazing. It had everything on my want list: hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, outdoor space, room to spread out inside. My younger kids loved running around in the woods, my older kids enjoyed lazing in the lower level with their own television and space. I read 2 good books, rotating between the hot tub, the comfy living room recliner, the porch swing, and my king sized bed. We enjoyed many rounds of family games at the dining room table. I was probably what would be considered a nuisance guest. I messaged the host a few times before and during our stay. Host was very gracious and cheerful in answering my questions and helping me. They provided a lot of basic amenities, as well as some extras. It was well kept, clean, and cozy. Sometimes you go into a VRBO and it’s too pristine and you’re scared to do anything. This one just felt inviting like they wanted you to relax and be comfortable. Nice big smart TVs and plush seating. We did make the drive to Bryson City. If you have a child who gets car sick, I do not recommend this trip. We go to the mountains every summer, but these mountain roads were something else. Miles and miles of back and forth back and forth back and forth curves. Absolutely no bearing whatsoever on the property itself, but just wanted to throw that warning out there. Overall, this property was an absolute perfect fit for our family and we feel so lucky to have found it, and we hope to stay again if they’ll have us. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wonderful week in Franklin

The cabin exceeded our expectations! It had everything that we needed...and more!! Beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us! We enjoyed some down time (never used the TV's provided-which was amazing for having 2 teenagers!), played games and just hanging out together. We brought most of the groceries that we would need to avoid having to go to town, which was great! Loved sitting out on the porches drinking coffee in the AM or an evening adult beverage :-)! The hot tub was a great way to end the day relaxing. We took a white water rafting trip one day, and hiked another...and the rest of the time spent at the Cozy Cabin. The owners were super accessible and the entire rental process was easy as pie. I definitely recommend this home for a quiet, relaxing get a way! It will not dissapoint! A plus is shopping at Cowee Mountain Pottery, which is on the way to the cabin...love that place!

The cabin was just as advertised. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity that was enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
