"We enjoyed our stay despite some cold and rainy weather, it was nice to relax on the screened in porch with my dogs. Property was clean and supplied with propane and firewood. It was too bad the dock was broken from a tree falling earlier in the week since I was most looking forward to it, it would have been nice to receive advanced notice but I understand nature happens. "Super convenient location close to Minden and on the river. We needed somewhere convenient to stay for a hockey tournament and this fit the bill. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating."

"From the moment we booked Coopers Landing, the whole experience was very positive. Super smooth check-in, super responsive host, very organized cottage, very well equipped, loved the kitchen, very clean, gorgeous views, amazing sunsets, great wildlife, Herons, otters, loons, deer, etc.. The owner and host have thought this out very well, to make your stay memorable and relaxing. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy life to its fullest. 5 stars !"

"We had a very relaxing time, it was very easy to plan and communicate with the host. The only complaint is that the dogs next door barked non stop at our dog through the fence, we were warned that they bark but they were a bit excessive. If you are bringing a pet, be ware that the neighbors' dogs will bark at it when you're outside with them. This is also not the hosts' fault and I would never impact the rating on the property it was just a bit much to listen to."
