The home was very warm and inviting. Braj was attentive to our needs; snacks left on the kitchen counter, fresh water bottles in every bedroom. We had a foot of snow fall one night during our stay and a plow was scheduled the next day to clean the driveway

Pet friendly, the yard was spacious and private. The kitchen was well equipped with some limitations with regard to basic cooking tools such as larger pots and pans. Beautiful island but bar stools would added to the comfort of the kitchen.

This home is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean!! It is spacious with an open floor plan. The four of us were very comfortable. The kitchen was awesome! It was well stocked and spotless. We had everything we needed to cook some meals. We loved watching the deer in the backyard each morning from the kitchen window and sliding glass door on the deck. The property is very private and quiet. Braj was a great host. He checked in with me to see if we needed anything during our stay and told me to reach out if he could help us in any way. He made check in and check out a breeze. I highly recommend this property. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Braj.

The house was absolutely great! We were visiting for our grandson's Acceptance Day Parade at West Point. There were four of us and we were extremely comfortable. You could easily double the guests and be good. The house was extremely clean (and smelled great) and had everything available needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets extremely soft. The kitchen was fantastic! We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. The property and the surrounding neighborhood are so beautiful, private and quiet. Braj was the best host! He checked in with me everyday to make sure we had everything we needed (which we didn't because the house is so well equipped). He also provided us with information on restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We have already booked the house again in October for Family weekend. I can't recommend this house enough! Book it for a wonderful stay, you won't be sorry!

Babysitting for wedding

We stayed in this beautiful home to watch our 15 month old grandson while his parents went to a wedding. The open floor plan allowed us to be together while I cooked in the well equipped kitchen and they played in the large living room. With 4 bedrooms, we had plenty of space to have our own areas. We enjoyed walking on the vast property, playing catch with our dogs and my son-in-law even practiced his golf driving in the large yard. We enjoyed walking across the Hudson just 20 minutes away and a lovely lunch at Lolita's (highly recommend the Kale Caesar!). Braj was attentive to our every need. We will definitely stay here anytime we are back in the area!

Father's Day Weekend Family Getaway

My family spent a long weekend at this property in the Hudson Valley and, despite some rainy weather, we had a lovely time. The home is updated, welcoming, and well-stocked with games, which made our indoor time relaxing and enjoyable.That said, we did run into a few maintenance issues during our stay. The grill had not been properly cleaned, which made it unsafe and unusable — disappointing, as we had purchased food specifically to grill. We also experienced some issues with the water pressure and the kitchen faucet.The owner was kind and responsive throughout, though we had hoped for some gesture of goodwill given the maintenance concerns, as they did impact parts of our stay.Overall, we enjoyed the weekend and made the most of our time together.

Daughters Wedding

We had to stage for a wedding at this place, and it was absolutely fabulous. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing. The house was clean. It was beautifully decorated plenty of room for people to come and go.We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay here again. The homeowner was extremely helpful. Extremely kind and hospitable! It was an amazing stay. Probably our favorite place we stayed at.

Leadership Summit

The perfect property for another Leadership Summit located on a quiet dead end road. The back elevated deck was perfect for late dinner meetings and the kitchen was amazing4 comfortable bedrooms and a bonus gym in the garage.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend

We took the rental so our family could celebrate Thanksgiving together. The grandkids are in college in the city and couldn’t escape for very long. The owner allowed us to check in a little early as we were coming straight from JFK. Altho we didn’t cook our turkey dinner at the house we could have if we wanted to. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and serving dishes and utensils beyond expectation! There are basic necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar and cooking oil and more available. Living room sofa is large enough to accommodate our gang for a family movie. Bedrooms were comfy and clean and everyone had their space. We traveled to Buttermilk Falls Spa to dine at their Henry's at the Farm for our holiday dinner. Terrific! And also try Fazio Farms for barbque, cant beat it The property met all our expectations. Highly recommend you try it if this is a rental you are considering

We were in town for a family wedding and shared the house with our adult children and spouses. The house was clean, and well laid out, and the kitchen had all the plates, utensils and cooking gear needed for our two night stay. The host, Brad, was very friendly and communicated well and was clearly concerned to make sure everything went well. We would stay here again.

Highland Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this large, modern, super clean house. Just 15 minutes outside of New Paltz the house was in a great location on a large property. The house was large with comfortable couches and beds. We didn’t take advantage of the large well stocked kitchen, but next time we will. Great communication from the ownerhighlyrecommended

Cherry House in May

Quiet, secluded - a roomy house with massive yard, good deck and excellent dining table. We found almost every thing we needed and everything else at the grocery store such as plastic storage containers and Kleenex. A few touches would add to this comfort such as chairs in the bedrooms and suit hangers. The owners were terrifically responsive and went out of their way to make it easy and safe for our toddler. We really appreciated their efforts.

Best property among many

We rented the property with just 24 hour notice as we were traveling for a funeral. The house was spotless and a welcome basket with snacks and wine were on the counter. The beds were so comfortable. The huge amount of land was perfect for catch with our dog! Our granddaughter loved the stuffies in the downstairs suite. Top of the line for appliances and dishes. Supplies like tea and coffee with cream were a welcome sight. Thoughtful touches like water bottles on each bed stand. We stay in VRBO at least 3 times a year over the past fifteen years. This is one of the best ever. No need to pack shampoo conditioner or body wash. It is there! More towels than you could ever use. We will rent again without a doubt.
