"Upon arrival there was snow and ice on walkways and both entrances to the home which we cleared with a broom found in the home. The first evening we did not have hot water and had to contact the host who had us reset a breaker on the outside rear of the home. We had a large group for this 5 bedroom home. There were very few bath towels in the bathrooms and no kitchen dish rags for use. Contacted host who gave us the code to a locked closet for additional towels. Limited seating for a large group...

"While the layout, cleanliness, location and features were amazing, the HVAC was so loud it caused both bedrooms to vibrate. Deep, loud rumbling made sleep extremely difficult."
