The bed was so comfy, clean with beautiful linen. Everything was spotless. Great kitchen and BBQ for meals. The pool was a great addition. Just sorry we hadn't booked for longer. "My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Number Forty Two. The architecturally designed house is terrific - rammed earth walls, timber ceilings and beams, sculptured metal supports. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of crockery and utensils. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated due to the very hot weather that Beechworth experienced during our stay. "A beautiful stay was enjoyed by all. No need to set the alarm, each day our morning wake up call was the goats, after a few days, you can identify each by their individual bleat! Very cute, and very entertaining. The views are magnificent, we spent a day at home, didn’t leave, just enjoyed the space, played all the games located in the bottom drawer, and watched Netflix.
