We have stayed in the cabin twice now in the past few years and it never disappoints! The kids love it and adults love it. It’s always clean and ready for guests. The location is great as well.

Very nice secluded area and peaceful. Lake was up so the swimming area at the cabin was a no go. It could be cleaner. The walls in middle bedroom were covered with dust. We were out 10 mins before 11 and cleaners were parked down the road visible for us to see. Made it feel a little uneasy trying to rush with several children.

I booked the cabin as a Christmas and Birthday present for my son and his family. Cabin and outside area were just perfect for this crew. Everyone had a blast and we will be booking again. The host was very informative and nice and the cabin was clean and had everything needed. Fishing and weather was great too.

My wife and I had wonderful stay at the Hidden Cabin. Very peaceful location. Fishing was a bust but the lake being up 10’ played into that one. I will definitely return where I can enjoy the lake. The cabin is in a beautiful setting.

Although mother nature had quite a bit of on and off rain. There was great enjoyment and grilling time on the back covered deck. Was able to enjoy time by the lake fishing. Everything for indoor living from the kitchen to the bedrooms made it easy to not have a need to bring anything, just food and beverages.

We loved our week at this log cabin. It is better in person than the pictures. It is very spacious. The big sectional in the living room is amazing! There were a ton of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There were games and DVDs in the TV cabinet. We were super confused with the tv/satellite remotes, but didn't care enough to reach out to the host. Heads up for travelers with small children - I thought we'd be able to swim at the shore down the path, but it was too steep and rocky to feel comfortable bringing my 3 year old and 1 year old to swim. We did go to a local park with a more beach-like area. Also, I had envisioned relaxing on the deck while the little ones played there, but the openings between the railing posts were way too wide to feel comfortable letting them roam around on the deck. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back again!

Very nice cabin. Nice kitchen. Nice deck. Nice grill. Nice fire pit. View is minimal due to young trees growing up and somewhat blocking it but it is still lovely and quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Couch was very comfortable well.

Overall the cabin was nice and well stocked. The lake is a short walk down a slight hill and has natural stair steps down into the lake. The listing noted toilet paper would be provided but was not. The house also had quite a few spiders both dead and alive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The swimming area is fantastic. We really enjoyed the flat rocks and shade tree. Even though there wasn’t any extra toilet paper and we had to go buy some the place was well stocked otherwise. The beds are comfy, the living room area is comfortable and cozy and the outside deck area is beautiful with all the trees and view of the lake. Definitely recommend!

Our family was celebrating my husband’s 45th birthday and this was our first time staying near Greer’s Ferry Lake. We had the best time! The beds were extremely comfortable and the owner has thought of everything. From pots and pans, to dishwasher pods, to laundry detergent, to extra fans, to blankets, to comfortable deck seating, it was a perfect cabin for our family. The mornings out on the back deck with coffee was wonderful. Do we wish the master bath had a shower? Yes, but honestly it didn’t lessen our experience. It was fine. The one thing that I probably wish I had known was the cabin next door also has a path to the shade tree and lake access. They were very sweet people but I was under the impression that it was a private access spot. Again, it didn’t take away from our fun but it was just a surprise to share the space. We brought our boat and had a blast going to Cherokee Park to launch the boat in the lake and climbing cliffs and jumping off. We ate at Janssens Lakefront Restaurant and the chicken fried chicken was amazing! All in all, this was a wonderful getaway for our family and we would stay again. Thank you so much for having us!

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean and very spacious. Being within walking distance of the water was great and the spot to swim was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be returning some time in the future.
