One of the highlights of our experience was the **excellent communication from the host**. They were very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. "Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut und das Apartment sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung entspricht dem Ist-Zustand. Der Parkplatz ist vom Apartment einsehbar. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Lage ermöglicht kurze Ausflüge zum Hadrianswall."

"The property was clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of firewood to heat the hot tub and have a fire. The cabins were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
The only issue we had was on check-in, we never got the email that gave us access to the cabin. Luckily, the landowner was walking around at 9:30 p.m. and was able to let us into the cabin.
I definitely wish we could have a few more days there. It was definitely worth the price"

"Immaculate apartment, in a lovely quiet area, close to the city centre. The host was amazing and even ordered us black out blinds to the apartment for our little boys rooms, so helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay here again."
