"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . "The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to all of the city's attractions, everything within a 10 minute walk and 5 minutes from the town centre. The taxi from the railway station only took about 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and bar area.
