"Luminosidad, entorno, limpieza. No nos gustó que habíamos pedido una cama doble y nos pusieron en una habitación de dos camas con un colchón fino doble por encima que se movía todo el tiempo. Por otra parte, el baño en algunos momentos olía mal."
