The receptionist was very welcoming and I was fortunate to be upgraded to a spacious room. The room and all the hotel was kept beautifully clean. Lovely hotel with lovely staff, all clean and bed was really comfortable and let down was the pillows I didn’t find them very comfy but that’s just my opinion
