  • They are located in the middle of summer resort of Kokkini Hani, close to amenities, ideal for couples or families. Only 100 m away from the sandy beach. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenette and bathroom and washing machine, furnished in a modern style. Guests may have use of the garden. Supermarkets are open until very late at night,for shoping and cooking meals and breakfast.We accept arrivals 24 hours a day.

Very relaxing

Very nice location easy beach access transportation to other parts of the island. Felt more like living in a neighborhood rather than in a touristy area which we enjoyed. Owner is very accommodating and responsive.

"We enjoy our stay in a very nice and clean apartment with all facilities,very quite and with easy access to visit everything in Crete.Nice and helpfull owners, many thanks to Evi wife of the owner and to Manolis too for their help,as it was the first time we visit Crete.The apartment is closed to a very big super market,tavernas,cafeterias,bus stop and 3 minutes walking to the sandy beach.Hope next time we will stay longer.Everything was perfect."

Super séjour à kokkini

Merci à Evi et Manolis pour leur accueil, nous avons passé un agréable séjour à kokkini. Bel appartement avec terrasse au top et vraiment proche de toutes commodités. Parfait également pour les bains de mer matinales😊👍

Wunderschöner, idyllischer Garten

Manolis ist ein perfekter Gastgeber - sehr warmherzig, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Er stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, gab uns bei der Ankunft wunderbare Empfehlungen für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Vom Balkon aus schauten wir direkt in den von ihm liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Durch die nahegelegene Straße ist es teilweise laut. Bei geschlossenen Türen und mit Klimaanlage waren die Räumlichkeiten jedoch ruhig und kühl. Bushaltestelle, Tavernen, Supermarkt, Geschäfte und Apotheken waren ganz in der Nähe. Ein idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge. Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank, Manolis! - Bettina und Peter

Manolis was an incredibly kind and gracious host. He spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable and offered many suggestions on things to see and do. His place is perfectly situated in Kokkini Hani. It’s stylish, spacious, safe, nicely decorated and comfortable. The veranda was a pleasant surprise. The washer was a bonus and the kitchen offers all the amenities. I highly recommend Manolis place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. See you soon, we come back.

Great holiday

The apartment is perfectly situated on the main bus route across the island so we visited the western and Eastern extremes. There are a number of supermarkets on the doorstep and a good range of bars and tavernas within a 10 minute walk. We were made particularly welcome at To Kyma and Taverna Nikolas (thank you Eva) The apartment itself is well appointed with plenty of space and a balcony from which you can see the sea, only about 100 metres away. Manolis, the owner is very helpful and prompt in responding to any queries. He met us at the property even though our flight had been delayed so it was quite late. He had also arranged our transfer taxi. Our only very minor criticism is that the shower requires a bit of updating, maybe a bracket on the wall so you don't have to hold it the whole time. All in all this has been a great holiday and I would thoroughly recommend the property as a base. Thank you Manolis

Der Ort ist kein typischer Touristenort, es gibt eine bunte Mischung von Einheimischen und Touristen. Man hat genügend Auswahl mit Restaurants, der Supermarkt mit hervorragender Kaffee-Bar ist direkt nebenan. Das Apartment ist sauber und ordentlich, für zwei Personen auch ausreichend. Wir haben ausser Rührei nie selber gekocht, die Restaurants sind zu gut und günstig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell, wenn mal Kleinigkeiten nicht funktionieren.

Great value for money, right in the heart of the action.

What an amazing holiday. An easy hop on the bus to be met 10 miinutes later by the owner at the bus stop. The quaint, well-equipped, clean apartment just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. Perfectly adequate for us, and with a huge, sunny verandah. We were spoilt for choice when it came to restaurants right on our doorstep, a supermarket literally next door with everything we needed and the beach 2 to 3 minutes away. Our very responsive landlord, Manolis, also helped to organise a car rental for a few days so that we could experience this beautiful island. The kitchen had all you need, and the apartment had an iron, hairdryer, great wifi, extra towels and lots of little touches like fruit and wine. We loved our week and hope to be back soon. Thanks Manolis!

Clean and Convenient

Manolis met us at the bus stop and helped us to our apt. He is friendly and helpful. The property is well situated and quiet. We had to buy our own dish detergent and salt and pepper. He feels that strangers do not like to share these things - that may be his experience, but it seemed odd that he would not supply the product that would help keep the place clean. We did mention this to him. This is a minor matter, as the overall place was fine. Our visit was short, but pleasant.

BON SEJOUR, TOUT PRES D'HERAKLION

Ce studio + chambre est bien situé. Nous avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners et dîners sur la terrasse et c'était très agréable. Bien situé (tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité) nous avons apprécié notre séjour. De plus l'accueil du propriétaire a été très chaleureux.

Great stay! Really close to the beach and a super nice owner!

The apartment is really well located: Close to the beach (3min walk), right next to multiple supermarkets and nice restaurants and bars. On top it's very easy to get there from the airport. Manolis was really helpful and open, answered all our questions and gave us great tips for restaurants. Thank you, Manolis! The only negative things were the very small bathroom and the not so furnished kitchen. Overall a very nice stay. We would definitely come back!

Manolis bedankt voor een onvergetelijke vakantie

Het appartement was prachtig met een hele mooie voortuin als entree en alle voorzieningen die we konden wensen. We hebben met name genoten van het ruime balkon. Aangezien we hadden besloten om niet te koken waren we bijzonder blij dat er meerdere goede restaurants op een korte loop afstand aanwezig zijn. Geweldig gegeten. Vlakbij bevinden zich diverse winkels en een pin automaat. Het strand is enkel 100 meter lopen verwijderd van het appartement. De service was geweldig. Manolis (de eigenaar) nam zich alle tijd om je te informeren over goede restaurants, bezienswaardigheden etc. Helaas konden we in de drie weken vakantie die we hadden niet aan alle tips een gevolg geven.(Iets voor de volgende keer) Manolis en zijn vrouw Evi hebben ons zelfs getrakteerd op een etentje in een restaurant waar men nog de typische keuken van Kreta in ere hield. Beide zijn bijzonder vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. We hebben een fantastische avond gehad. En het weer ? Tja.. zon blijkt toch nog overvloedig aanwezig te kunnen zijn. Kortom we hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Manolis en Evi bedankt voor de mooie tijd. :)) Gerda en Rutger.

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Appartement confortable, très propre, avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée et ombragée, conforme au descriptif. La situation géographique de l'appartement permet des excursions vers l'ensemble des sites à visiter (Knossos, Malia, Phaiestos, Agios Nikolaus, Rethymnon...). La plage est proche de l'appartement, ainsi que les commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Eli, qui nous a bien conseillés. L'équipement de la cuisine est correct mais basique pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner eux-mêmes. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons à tous.

Merci !!!

Pour la troisième année consécutive nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement. Il est clair et confortable . D'une grande propreté et fonctionnel : machine à laver , téléviseur et accès internet. Manolis et Evi sont des gens accueillants , aux petits soins pour leurs locataires . Les commerces alimentaires sont très proches et variés . On peut découvrir la cuisine grecque dans les nombreux restaurants alentour. Et Héraklion , très proche , pour le shopping et les sorties nocturnes. Manolis nous a également conseillé pour une location de voiture. Tout est parfait .

"Das Appartement war saub...

"Das Appartement war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Auch die Lage war, wie im Angebot beschrieben, sehr gut. In weniger als 5 Minuten kann man ans Meer laufen (sauberes Wasser, Liegemöglichkeit, etc. vorhanden) und in der näheren Nachbarschaft sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Obstladen, etc.)zu finden. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wie sehr zufrieden waren mit dem Appartment und uns bei den Vermietern, Manolis und Evi, für die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfe bedanken wollen!"

"Conforme à la description. Grande terrasse très agréable. Petit coffre fort à disposition. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la Crête. Les propriétaires étaient très attentionnés à nos questions d''avant voyage. Accueil trés agréable, même à une heure tardive (retard de l''avion). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Soleil et chaleur étaient au rendez vous pour cette fin septembre."
