"Good location, easy check-in, and comfy space"

"I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ...

A five minute walk to the Tacoma General Hospital campus. A wonderful informative and communicative friendly host. Highly recommend and definitely will return in the future. "

"There is no A/C in this unit. Only a box fan that needs to be replaced. I had to put it In The open window at night to cool off the unit because it was hot. Other than that, it was excellent."
