The two-room apartment with 48 square meters located on the ground floor of the house and is easily reached via a few steps. They can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 other persons (2 children or 1 adult). The apartment comprises a spacious living and dining room (incl. One extra bed for 3 and if appropriate, 4. Person) on the south side and a separate bedroom to the other side of the house. The separate kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven and hob. Additional facilities include satellite TV, radio and CD player. A car parking space at the house and a lockable bike room are available.   The use of the sauna and bathing area in the Kaiser Spa Hotel Zur Post (diagonally opposite the Villa Anna) is already included in the price for two persons. If the bath is closed, there is no entitlement to compensation. For each additional person you pay the reduced entrance fee of 12,00 Euro / day.

So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.   Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Right in the center of Kaiserbad Bansin - a guarantee for carefree holiday pleasures - close to the beach and the center Villa Anna, built around the year 1900 in the style of classic resort architecture, is located in the historic center of Bansin. From here it is only about 100 meters from the sandy beach as well as the high forest with beech and pine trees. The Villa Anna is the perfect base to explore the imperial baths and the forest and lake rich hinterland.
