"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"I chose this property because it was close to work but not too close since the area around the Interstate is a bit sketchy. The apartment is the entire upstairs of an unremarkable building south of the trendy SoMa area. My host was responsive, the door code worked, and the decor was impressive. The appliances were new, the TV excellent, and the dining room table made a terrific desk. As with all short-stay homes, be aware of the fees! My final total was nearly double the initial quote."

"The cottage set up is very nice, beautiful, welcoming grounds. Everything was very clean, inviting, and very comfortable. We were in Little Rock for a multi day medical check up at UAMS and the stay at Rosemount made everything much better, especially since we could have our two pups with us. The location was perfect, close to the hospital, great restaurants, dog parks, grocery stores, everything we needed! "

"At 1st Glance it is a HIDDEN GEM… not clean front yard and especially the back yard… there was a dead cock roach inside the fridge… and overall the inside of the home was clean. The home is by far the most comfortable roomy place I’ve ever stayed in ARKANSAS. My dad loved loved loved the place and didn’t care of how unclean the outside front or back yard areas were. The house was truly a welcoming home filled environment… my dad Father’s Day weekend was a success as he love the house sooo much...
