Great two day stay at the beginning of the week. Property was clean and spacious and conveniently located in the walkable downtown area. The provided parking space was great and right behind the property and a short walk to the apartment. The full kitchen was good (we cooked our own meal one night), the bed was comfy, and the sitting room was spacious. The view from the back of the apartment was not great and overlooked the rooftops of the restaurants below. Very quiet and safe area and plenty to do. We would definitely stay there again.

If I could give this location and get more then a 5* review they both would be off of the charts. This location and host are well beyond what this web site says about them. Will not hesitate to stay there in future (even if it means another cramped bus trip to get there.)

Okay place, great location

Downtown Hendersonville in a quirky old building. One wine glass, no cork screw, dishes looked like they had been washed by hand and not very well. Manager was responsive.

Checkin and communication were great with the host. This is an older, historic building so expect all the squeaky floors and quirks of that. Pictures of the property need to be updated. You are staying over several restaurants and a very busy piano bar. Which in turn is very noisy in the evenings. The loft could use some room darkening blinds or shades in the bedroom. There is a lot of street light that comes in at night and then the morning sun. We also had to communicate with the host that the toilet was leaking around the seal. We came back from a day of hiking, to water on the bathroom floor. Location is great and convenient to Historic Downtown. We decided to check out early for several reasons and cut our trip short.

This 2-night trip to Hendersonville was a quick, end-of-summer trip for my husband and me to visit some old friends. This apartment was so charming, clean, comfortable, and convenient! It has modern AC and kitchen and bathroom facilities; set in an historic building, with real hardwood floors that creak, and slant just a little. It feels real. There is a lovely skylight in the bathroom. No dishwasher. Very quiet. Just down the stairs, and you're on Main Street! This is where I will stay when I return to Hendersonville!

Spacious, Clean, Convenient, Family Friendly

Very clean and convenient. We brought our children here. We were visiting my mother, and my husband and I decided to get our own place while my mom had our children for a sleepover at her place. This place was actually wonderful to bring my kids to during the day. There’s nothing they could break. It’s clean and not cluttered. Yes there is a staircase but otherwise totally kid friendly. Spacious!

A lovely older property. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable, my son was fine on the sofa bed. The bathroom is old but was very clean and the shower had good pressure. We weren’t sure whether we had access to the washer/dryer on the landing. Would be great if that was included. Would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Hendersonville Spring Visit

We were in town for an annual vintage car event, and decided to stay in historic Main Street Hendersonville. What a great location and loft! We thoroughly enjoyed having so much in easy walking distance, and found the loft to be quite comfortable and well appointed.

Didn’t stay due to condition of property.

Ended up not staying due to the condition of the property. Dirty - hair on the floors in the bathroom and in the bed. Space was misleading - not 2 bedrooms. Photos seemed more updated than the space actually was.

walk outside and close to all restaurants and cute shops!

We enjoyed Hendersonville very much. We loved hiking Glassy Mountain- so unique and beautiful! We also enjoyed dinner at Brooke’s Tavern and then Mezzaluna( Italian) the next nite!Denise provided everything we needed and easy to work with.

Quick trip to Hendersonville

We were making a trip to speak with our builder and decided to stay downtown. Super convenient location. Host was very responsive. Bed was comfy. We however found the condo very odd. It felt like we were staying in an office with a bed in one of the rooms.

Perfect location in Hendersonville!

Host was super easy to work with and the loft was exactly as we'd hoped: bright, airy, clean, well-stocked and very walkable location. The dedicated parking spot is great. if you have 2 cars, lots of other parking. Only thing to note is that there are lots of steps to the second floor loft- and no elevator.

Nice Place

This was a nice quaint property to stay at - great location as we were able to walk right out of the apartment and explore DT. Denise was communicative and easy to work with. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Mattress in pull out couch wasn’t comfortable but I brought a 1 “ foam topper which helped. My friend said master mattress was comfortable. I liked the natural light from windows. TVs were challenging to use but I did get DBD player going. We enjoyed natural light from windows.

Location, Location, Location

Right in the heart of downtown Hendersonville, walk out your door to fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. This place also had a dedicated parking spot not too far from the entrance. The kitchen and main bedroom were large and it had a small "den" area off the kitchen that had a pull out sofa bed. We did not do any cooking, so I can't speak to the cooking supplies. Even though it was in the heart of downtown it was very quiet in the evenings. The only cons were the small shower and the 2 flights of stairs to get into the rental. We made it work and I would definitely rent again!
