The condo was great, in a great location, walkable to downtown for restaurants and shops. Finding the key, and getting into the condo upon check-in was tricky but Yonder communicated quickly to help. The part I really dislike is this is the first ever rental where you have to check out by 10 am. Most places are at least 11 am or noon. So didn't like that we had to rush to be out after paying that much for the rental.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and had high end finishes. It was such an easy 3-4 min walk right into Main St. Hendersonville. No issues with check-in and the rental company is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again! We loved it!

Home away from home

This condo was absolutely perfect. It had all the necessities and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensil essentials. Lovely living room area with Roku tv so we could watch all of our streaming apps. The beds are very comfortable. Ample closet and drawer space. The building is walking distance to downtown Hendersonville where you will find plenty of dining and shopping options.

So pleased!

We absolutely loved the apartment. I appreciate that it was decorated to represent the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the beds were wonderful. I really liked that. The kitchen was so well stocked.. Everything was extremely clean.. The location Couldn’t have been better Because it was one block off of Main Street Hendersonville. I will definitely come back

Labor Day Getaway

This property is lovely......I came with a friend who really needed a change of scenery and this was perfect! So very close to alot of fun places! We actually have a new business in Mills River, Southeastern Tile Connection, and I am so looking forward to coming back to visit the store and hoping to be able to stay at Minette's Downtown Condo! Perfect location.

It was our first time in Hendersonville and we elected to stay near downtown. This place was perfect. It was within walking distance of Main Street and all its associated restaurants and bars. It's a perfect place for couples. And, the property manager was very responsive to all questions.

Great Location

Charming condo in an older building. The building has been modernized but keeps the early 1900’s feel. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant Downtown area on foot.

Girls Trip

Minette’s condo was wonderful! It was extremely clean, well appointed, and met our needs perfectly. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and driving distance to so many other things. We hope to come back and bring our husbands next time!

Great Condo, Great Location

We rarely book condos or apartments and prefer houses, cabins, etc. However, this condo was a pleasant surprise. It was amazing! From the beautiful historic building, the assigned parking and secure entrance to the style, comfort and cleanliness of the condo there was nothing to find fault with. A well outfitted kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, luxurious bedding, awesome shower, I could go on and on... My only complaint... terrible toilet paper! But, hey, no one's perfect. I could happily live there!

Beautiful Condo

this is our 4th time staying here and it met all our expectations on every stay. Next to downtown Hendersonville and very clean. Only issue is you can hear the neighbors upstairs roaming around.

Wonderful property

The apartment is immaculate. Everything seems to be brand new. We didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen appeared to have everything we could have needed to do so. It is well supplied with cleaning products, laundry products and shower products. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace as it was cold and rainy while we there. Excellent location with easy walks to main street for shopping and dining. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Great Location

Property is extremely clean and well- appointed. Showers are amazing! Very big and lots of water pressure. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. You have your own parking spot so no need to search or pay for parking. Large TV in living room but no TV in bedroom. Would have been nice to have had the bedroom TV. Coffee pot and Nespresso machine but no Keurig. Again, would have been nice to have that. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the people above us were very heavy-footed. Quite a bit of traffic outside the unit as well.
