Our host had a note with some treats to welcome us. The place was beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms had heated floors which was nice since it was cooler during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it feel instantly comfortable and welcoming. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the thoughtfulness of the hosts—they went above and beyond by surprising my daughter with birthday balloons and a cheesecake to celebrate her special day. That extra touch meant so much to us and really showed how much they care about their guests.The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available if we needed anything, and their sweet dog was the cherry on top, making us feel right at home. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and we’re so grateful for the memories we made here. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxing, and truly thoughtful place to stay!

Our stay could not have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, this mountain retreat felt like a true home away from home. Nestled in the forest of the North Carolina mountains, it offered the ideal balance of seclusion, comfort, and charm.The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We loved cozying up inside, but the real magic was outside—especially in the fall. The brilliant colors of the changing leaves made every view breathtaking, and being close to apple orchards and other seasonal activities made our trip even more memorable.And the hot tub—absolutely incredible! Relaxing under the stars, surrounded by crisp mountain air and the quiet of the forest, was the perfect way to end each day.This was the ultimate couples’ getaway. Peaceful, romantic, and truly a dream retreat. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful!

The apartment was perfect- clean, comfortable and well thought out. The beds were comfortable; the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was beautiful with a covered patio and an outdoor area with a fire pit and a lovely view. The location is great- very close to Dupont and to other mountain biking areas and close to Hendersonville, Cedar Mountain and Brevard. This was one of our favorite stays. We will be back.

Mountain getaway

Beautiful home, comfortable accommodations. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to fix your own meals. Host provided freshly baked cookies that were still warm! Enjoyed hiking and Sunday football lunch in Henderson. Great respite from holiday bustle.

Beautiful property!

The property and area was beautiful! It’s in a perfect location to go to Hendersonville or Brevard. The hosts were fantastic and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! Plenty of waterfalls nearby which we enjoyed hiking!

Clean and Modern

Beautiful area, house and amenities. Perfectly set up with plenty of relaxation and lounge areas to enjoy after exploring nature or just a trip to town. Bed was super comfortable. Wife called the sheets “butter” because of how nice they felt. We bought the same sheets on the way home. Definitely book this apartment if you are staying in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Very clean and comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was very modern and comfortable. The hosts were gracious and even had a bottle of champagne with cookies and candies waiting for us upon our arrival! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were great. We recommend staying here!

Romantic Escape

Our couples getaway at this VRBO was truly delightful. The pristine cleanliness made our stay comfortable, and the hot tub added a splash of fun and relaxation. Wedding weekend

We traveled to the area for a friends wedding and couldn’t have been more delighted with Enchanted Forest! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, very clean and we even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Peace, quiet, and EV charging!

Our family just returned from a great stay at Enchanted Forest. The location was isolated enough that it was absolutely peaceful: there were no road noises, and we couldn't even see any neighboring houses (in Fall!). Yet it was still only 15-20 minutes to both Brevard and Hendersonville shops and restaurants, and close to other local sights. It was great for getting away. The grounds are beautiful, and the owners have done a great job with the house: nice and clean and modern. Additionally, for those with EVs, they've also installed an L2 charging cable, which was incredibly convenient and meant one less thing to worry about during our stay there. We also enjoyed meeting Magda and Pearl the dog, who's a lot of fun. Do be aware that this is the lower level of the owner's house, and while they have invested a lot in soundproofing, some sound will inevitably come through (roughly equivalent to what you might get in a hotel); we never found it to be an issue, but it is something to be aware of. Also, there is limited indoor seating for hanging out (a single large couch): this is a property designed for conversations and hanging out to be enjoyed outdoors with the beautiful patio, fire pit area, and hot tub. Overall, this is a nice property in a beautiful location and great hosts, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous property

The property was as beautiful as the pictures and fresh cookies were an amazing touch! The location was close to the apple orchard we visited, and multiple state parks for hikes with views and waterfalls. One of the most convenient places to access and for food/entertainment, that I have stayed at in the mountains.

Base camp for dupont hiking

This was the perfect location for accessing Dupont forest, for all of the beautiful waterfall hikes… Very easy to get in and out, and rest and relaxation from a long day of hiking was only minutes away. The place was absolutely pristine, and very luxurious and well appointed.

Great property - Would stay again!

Everything was as described. Excellent quality linens. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub. It’s located under a covered area so the rain didn’t impede use. Check-in and check-out were easy. My only recommendation would be to have a larger television. Not that we watched much TV, but my over-40 eyes are accustomed to a much larger screen so viewing was difficult. Despite the owners being on the property, we never saw them and felt we had plenty of privacy. I would definitely return!

10/10!!

My mom and I treated my sister in law, who had a baby 6 months ago, to a weekend away and this was absolutely perfect! Our main goal was R&R, and Enchanted Forest delivered just that. We arrived on Thursday evening after grocery shopping on our way in, knowing heavy rain was forecasted for Friday and we'd be cooking in and hanging out until Saturday. With a fully stocked kitchen, we were able to do just that! It rained all day Friday, so we hung out in the picturesque hot tub, drank coffee on the covered patio and watched Hallmark Christmas movies all day. R&R indeed! It was nicer Saturday, so with just a 12-minute drive, we shopped around downtown Hendersonville and really enjoyed ourselves. Enchanted Forest was so clean, the beds were beyond comfy, and Magda was the perfect host, checking in via text message from time to time to see if we needed anything. We've decided to make this an annual mother/daughter R&R weekend getaway and can't wait to come back!!
