BEWARE, PLEASE READ! Our stay for Thanksgiving was terrible and unfortunately the owners do NOT care. 1-We had NO heat on the first floor our entire stay, thermostat never got above 62 degrees. Called and emailed many times only for them to drop off floor heaters and refused to send out a HVAC tech while we were there. 2-Fridge did not cool, so our food spoiled and medication thawed causing a health scare. 3-Windows were dry rotted with holes in them causing more cold air to come through. 4- The ceiling fell in one of the rooms while we were sleeping I'm guessing from water damage the owners neglected. 5- Nails were sticking out of the floor causing injury. 6- House was NOT handicap accessible as the ramp was blocked due to debris and there was no other way to enter the house other than stairs. The interior floor of the house had constant elevation changes due to old flooring which is a safety hazard for handicap tenants (not disclosed in description). 7- Breakers flipped, lights flickered, and multiple outlets could not be used all at once throughout stay which caused an issue trying to use the floor heaters to warm us up. 8- The banisters for the staircases were unstable which is a huge safety hazard. They are not safe to use. We made multiple attempts throughout our 5 day stay at this property to ask for help and were met with no apologies, no resolves, and no phone call.
