"San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent."

"As our first choice had to be cancelled at short notice because of water damage this was better than we had hoped: there was a very well-stocked Supermarche across the road, a fantastic view (to the golf-course across the river); free-parking in front of the block of flats and only 11 minutes walk to the railway station and 3 minutes further to the old town and market, The flat was extremely well equipped. When the WiFi problem is sorted out it will be perfect.. Many thanks to the owners."

"Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar oben, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll."

"Buena ubicación, los propietarios muy amables, lo unico que hablan muy poco espanyol. El apartamento bien, para pasar el dia fuera. Al ser pequeñita la planta principal no es para estar mucho rato. Las habitaciones amplias y se encuentran en el piso de arriba. Las escaleras son un poco inclinadas y hay que vigilar si vas con niños pequeños."

The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"Everything we found was in line with the description. The apartment is pretty, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is south-west facing and quite private. It´s only a few minutes walk to the beach (and bakery), 10 minutes walk to a well-supplied supermarket and a good half-hour to the center of Biarritz.
