"Parking is a challenge"

"The property is charming and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We honestly weren’t there long enough to say much more, but we would stay there again!!"

"The townhome was perfect for a weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood and was close to local shops and eateries. Communication with host was always timely and professional and was available at any time if needed. House was equipped with board games and tv for entertainment. Would recommend for anyone needing a nice place to stay and is family friendly!"

"Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very well kept property and nice personal touches. Would stay again!!"

"This property was a scam. Got there and the person that answered the door said they don’t rent rooms. There was a pad lock on the door for entry never received check in info. Please do not pay your money here👎👎👎❌❌❌"

"Cozy. Just perfect "

"Nice!"

"Very relaxing. The home was a blessing to my family. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in home was done with character and love. Would recommend anyone to experience what this host has provided. Cannot wait to come back this way and see the progress on the beautiful laid out pond adjacent to property. You can tell they have great pride in their presentation of "being home". Thank you."

"We stayed overnight at Four Boys Farm and it was Phenomenal. Benita was so wonderful as a host. I definitely recommend this farm for a nice getaway. Organized times 10 is how I describe the property."

"Communication with the host was great! The home was very inviting and comfortable and amenities were appreciated. Close distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Brenham We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful home in a stunning setting! Host was great with communication. Would definitely book here again!"

"The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The house was not as clean as I would have liked. There were cobwebs, water bugs andLooked like repair leftovers on the bathroom floor. The beds and linens were clean. Take hangers if you want to hang something. The house overall was comfortable and we felt safe there."

"This is a lovely updated cottage right in the center of town, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lovely accommodations and an amazing and attentive host! If ever in the area again will certainly look to rebook this property! You will not be disappointed."

"Great place to stay! Close to downtown and on a quiet street! Hosts are wonderful to work with. Will definitely stay here again!"

"My friends and I all wished that we could have stayed longer at this lovely secluded home in the country. It was so quiet, sitting on the swing under a huge old oak tree, looking over a field of wildflowers and hearing the wind chime's mellow song when a soft breeze blew. The house was very well cared for with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. This was a great place...

"This was our second stay at the Magnolia Cottage, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy, the location was perfect, and the amenities were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!"

"Highly recommend this very nice clean home in a great neighborhood!!!"
