"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. The accommodation is so quaint, lots of lovely blues and Cornish ware China, everything you need to make a cup of tea and coffee and toast and the hosts very kindly left us a cream tea to enjoy when we arrived. "The room was very clean and had been newly refurbished. We were a bit concerned that there were no contact details about what do in an emergency with no-one living on the premises. We only realised this on the last morning so couldn’t mention it to staff. I would normally speak to someone directly rather than on a public forum"

"Room was beautifully decorated sofa was so comfy . Amazing attentive staff so helpull and informative. Especially the lady on reception in the swimming pool . Food was excellent. We had a wonderful stay thank you 😊 "

"Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help."

"Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

"We were staying as a family of four adults. The location was in a quiet area overlooking the sea in the distance. The accommodation was very specious, clean and well equipped. One bedroom had a small en suite shower and toilet. There was also a bath with overhead shower and toilet in a separate room. We used the apartment as a base, exploring the nearby beaches and villages. The owner had thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the two adults...
