Me pareció un hotel seguro, la habitación muy cómoda, puedes hacer tu check in sin necesidad de otra persona

Excellent, new, low cost hotel, ideal for exploring Helsinki. situated right by the metro and some great restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value for money.

Sidewalks are currently under construction. Hotel itself is great. Staff is lovely. I was charged for a room night on my reservation that Expedia cancelled. Can't get Expedia or City Box to refund. The usual run around when booking an Expedia reservation that inevitably gets complicated by communication delays between the vendor and the customer. I will never use Expedia for international travel again if I can avoid it.

Conveniently located in Kallio, the hotel is in good shape having all the basic amenities you'll need. Great eating options at Urban Gourmet restaurant just below the hotel.

Dear Jagdies,thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As we are a budget hotel, a part of our concept is not to have anything extra in the rooms. However the items can be found at the guest common areas at the hotel lobby.

Checking IN was quite smart and easy. There were couple of monitors where you can type your confirmation/booking details and key card will be released. There few attendees i met and all of them were friendly. The double bedroom was quite big, very clean and new. Soaps, hairdryer and towels were offered. Over all it is very nice hotel

Dear Janne,Since the hotel does not own any restaurant itself then we understand your dissapointment not having a breakfast option. It's good to keep in mind that we also just opened and there are lots of many places, less than 5 minute walk, where You can grab the breakfast next time.
