"We really enjoyed staying at Venders! The location was superb, next to the metro station and in a lively area near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The apartment was really nice, recently renovated, and comfortable beds. Also, Venders is a great option for families; we were provided with a traveling crib and high chair. The only downside, which is not unique to Venders, was that since there is no AC in most of Copenhagen, it was a bit warm at times but was a lot better after opening...

Not sure where communication fell where we were not informed and she entered with her management keys while we were in apartment.
