Everything was good overall. The management company was communicative. The main thing we had an issue with was the floors, especially on the main level in the living area, were not cleaned. There was only a broom so we also could not wash the floors our selves either. I made sure to were socks after the first night as my feet were dirty just from walking around upstairs. There was also some dusting that should have been done. The headboard on the main level had a lot of dust on it and there were some other areas downstairs as well. Some other minor things were the air-conditioning was locked so you cannot adjust the temperature if you wanted to. Additionally, there was only pepper to cook with. We lucky went by the store and got some supplies for dinner, but we thought there would at least be salt and there was not. There is no coffee or anything like that so you really have to bring all the essentials for cooking. We did have a nice time and enjoyed the mountains. Its a nice house that the family has space to spreadout in.
