Great mini vacation!

The property truly is a luxury property! Upon arrival the cabin was clean and very welcoming. It was very spacious and had more enough room for everyone. The kitchen accommodated all of our cooking needs. The dining table had enough space forever and felt homey. We used the hot tub every day of our stay. The only downside was the long gravel road leading up to the property that isn’t nice to any non SUV vehicles. This is something to keep in mind if planning on traveling back and forth from the cabin to Helen a lot.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

The cabin was very beautiful and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The distance between the cabin and downtown Helen wasn’t bad at all. The parking is a little tight so you can park three cars comfortably. It gets a little tight after the fourth car. Rabun Rd, Bean Creek Rd, Gold Valley Rd, Eagle Talon Trail, these are the roads you’ll fell like you’ll never get there. But it’s worth the wait. When you first drive up, you don’t realize that the cabin is gonna be as nice as it is or have a view like it does, but it really is beautiful. The only complaints would be in the master bedroom shower the light bulb flickers so it needs replacing and the left-hand side shower handle is missing on the bottom floor. Again definitely worth the vacation stop!!!

Hot water heater needs upgrading for four bathrooms, spray for roaches, internet/cable sucked couldn't watch a game, but the cabin was beautiful and so were the views. The game room was a success.

College Friends Christmas get together

Our group of 7 friends have had Christmas celebrations for the past 13 years. We enjoyed the Christmas market & beautiful Christmas decorations of downtown Helen, GA. We have consistently taken a picture around the Christmas tree of whichever house we rented in years past, multiple of which we found on VRBO. We are happy to say that those owners followed through with our request of Christmas decorations and a tree prior to our stay(since the picture has been an integral memory making moment). Unfortunately, "the owners had not been able to make it to the house to decorate before our stay"; a detail i confirmed via phone call that would've swayed me to book elsewhere had we known prior. The rental is managed by a group "Georgia Mountain Rentals", not just owners on VRBO. They list dishwasher pods & dish soap being included w/rental. We had no dish soap and only 3 pods for 7 adults for 4 days which they knew beforehand as well as the detail of us having our annual turkey dinner. Thankfully, there is a Dollar General in Helen that sells both dish soap and paper towels to accommodate the crowd's needs. The cabin itself had incredible views and was quite pleasant & cozy. They provided additional driving instructions via email which were quite helpful & made a courtesy welcome call our first day which was pleasant.The beds were comfortable. They didnt give enough towels or laundry detergent. The oven was slow to heat & took longer than expected to cook. Internet is DishNetwork.

Beautiful Home perfect for our family close to wedding venue Hicks Barn at Batesville close to Helen and Cleveland. The only negative was the long dirt road on the way was very rough in some places. Otherwise everything was perfect!! ❤️

The lodging was more than what we expected. Very clean house. The parking was a bit of a concern because of the steep grade. But we managed. The road leading up to the property was a challenge but again, manageable. After two or three trips, we learned how to traverse the road. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Breathtaking views

We could not have been more happy with the cabin. The only negative was that they were building a cabin right across the street, so we did not get to enjoy the serene peace and quiet so much, and there were workers all over the place and a giant crane sitting out front. That part was a little disappointing. Would have been nice to have been made aware of this ahead of time or given some type of discount. The cabin itself was beautiful and very clean and had everything. The views were amazing!!

Gorgeous Cabin

The cabin and the views were absolutely amazing. Cabin is gorgeous and well maintained. Can't beat the views of the valley below. We had an issue with the water heater but the property management company handled it right away.
