Easily accommodated our extended family of 11. Each family got a separate floor. Enclosed screen porches allowed young ones to be safely outside with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at Hideaway Manor. The houses' unique layout allows privacy for everyone at bedtime. The common areas are large enough to accommodate everyone at once. The older kids enjoyed staying in the game room. The home is equipped with all your essential needs. The staff is very responsive to any questions or concerns. The drive into Helen is 7 min which is awesome. The view from the balconies are beautiful. We saw a bear in the driveway which was an added bonus to the experience. We definitely recommend Hideaway Manor to anyone that is interested in visiting Helen.

This property is amazing! We had 12 in our group and this property fit all adults very comfortably. It is close enough to Helen, about 2 minutes by car, but far enough away to be peaceful!

This house is wonderful! The layout was perfect for 6 adults and 4 young adults. We even had a 5-year old. Each group had privacy; everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the neighborhood was quiet and pristine. The fog was heavy so we didn't really have a view until the day we left. As advertised, the house is perfect for a group of 12.

We are a group of 55+ women who take a 4 day trip together, in the Fall. This was our 14th year and the 8 of us were so pleased with our VRBO choice this year. The Hideaway Manor was the perfect home for us to relax and enjoy our time together. Sleeping arrangements were ideal, the kitchen was large enough to prepare our meals, and the proximity to the town of Helen was perfect. We had a wonderful stay!

The property was not properly prepared for arrival. Non-functional AC, WIFI, TV, beds not properly made, supposedly bear proof garbage cans were anything but, raided multiple times, were greeted by a wasp nest outside the door and wasps inside. Non functional can opener in the kitchen as well as a grill that wouldn't heat up to any degree. All in all a very poor, stress filled stay

This was a great location for what we were looking for. It was very spacious for us to spread out and then come together for family time. The mattress's are all different in comfort. Which worked for us since some liked a very firm and some liked softer one. Also, the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Wonderful spot. Perfect size for our family…eight adults and three children. Fireplace on screened in porch was perfect for a toasty fire on our last evening which was chilly. Kitchen was easy to work in for meals for eleven. Staff at Cabin Rentals of Atlanta and Valhalla guardhouse very helpful. Helen was fun to walk around in.

This was a surprise birthday weekend for my wife. Everything was perfect. We did run into a few kinks but they were resolved quickly. We plan on coming back next year around the same time.

Property was clean and spacious. Location to Helen was great. But the "5th full bathroom" is detached from the main house and over the garage. It was basically useless for inside the house. We had to share bathrooms. Not ideal for 10 adults.

The house and all of the furnishings was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We made s’mores by the fireplace, played cards in the game room, the hot tub was used several times, the newlyweds loved their suite downstairs for privacy, and tv was a constant companion with all of the bowl games. The short distance into town was great for escape room, axe throwing, mountain coaster ride as well as shopping, fudge, caramel apples, pretzels, gourmet coffee and just people watching. Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren in the perfect Christmas setting! The house is big but cozy! It poured rain all three days therefore the billiards table , hot tub and fireplaces were ideal for our family! The large dining room table made our family meals and game nights special!

Our tennis team did a girl's trip and had a great time!!! The house had plenty of room and the layout was absolutely perfect for 10 girls. Never did we feel cramped. This would also be a great getaway place for a couple of families with teenage kids, everyone has plenty of space to have their own thing.
