Very clean and cozy. You could tell that all the little details were considered from added pet supplies to the sound machine for sleeping. Hot tub was very nice and the fenced area was easy for taking out the dog without a leash. The fireplace was great and the kitchen had everything you could need.

The house was spotless, and very well maintained. Every need was anticipated, even for pet dogs. It was decorated very nicely. The furniture in the house looked fine but was so uncomfortable we found it impossible to stay. The mattress on the bed was so soft, my husband was unable to sleep on it. He spent two very uncomfortable nights on the couch before we left the second morning of our 7 day reservation. I notified the host, and she didn’t respond at all. I was not expecting a refund, but I was disappointed at the lack of any communication. We didn’t buy insurance. I don’t know how to shop for a Vrbo to make sure it has a firm mattress for people with back issues.

My husband and I plus our three small dogs stayed four nights in the cutest cabin ever. We had reservations for three nights, but asked Candice if we could stay another night and we could! Everything was clean, cutely decorated and dog friendly. Everything we could ask for.

I had an excellent stay at this cottage. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with so much thought put into the little details. I loved finding charging cables available in every room, speaker boxes for music, and a very well-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed.As I was traveling with my dog, I really appreciated the thoughtful touches for pets, bowls, poop bags, and even a leash were provided, which made things so easy. The garden and outdoor space were absolutely beautiful, full of plants and trees, and such a peaceful place to spend time. The hot tub was another highlight and made the stay extra special.Because I arrived late, the owner had made sure everything was well lit, which immediately made me feel safe and welcome. Honestly, everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Quiet and clean

Cute little space. Loved the covered porch - we spent most of our time there. They have a kennel next door so the dog barking became a slight issue - not horrible. The hot tub was not clear - soft water - no fault of the owner but I wasn’t going to get into it if it wasn’t crystal clear. Personal preference. They did come and shock it but then it was smelly, bubbly and still cloudy. I’m very particular so it was more my issue than the owner. Bed was very soft.

We had a little getaway with our pups. The cottage is small but super cute. It’s in a nice location, close to lakes and hiking. Although we didn’t use it there’s a hot tub on the covered porch. We did enjoy hanging out there, very relaxing. Definitely recommend.

Anniversary Valentines Day Getaway

Nice rental but no quiet mornings

The house is on the same property as a kennel. The dogs were only loud a couple of times a day but every morning around 8am the workers would arrive. The driveway got the kennel was shared by the rental so we woke every morning by the traffic over the gravel drive.

Good location and service by the owner

We visited just after the remnants of a tropical storm has passed through. Power was there in the cabin, but internet connection was not. The owner bent owner backwards to help restore (things were confusing during this period). The location of this cabin is convenient for those who want to have good access to a number of hiking and other activities in the north GA mountains. Plus pretty close to food stores, etc.

Cute and cozy

The cottage was just the right size and housed my spouse and I and our two dogs quite comfortably. Dog friendly is an understatement, I've never felt more comfortable traveling with my furry companions. The extra leashes, poo bags, dog walking area and even dog sheets were an unexpected thoughtful touch. Added bonus for the proximity of the kennel (which we didn't use this go around due to our short stay but definitely looking into for any future stays) and veterarian in town. A lot of thought went into this cottage and the notes left for the guests were very helpful. The extra attention to detail really allowed us to fully enjoy our stay worry free. Definitely reccomend!
