We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the unit was. Perfectly located for all that Helen has to offer and to many different hiking trails. I definitely recommend this place!

Off-season getaway

Very clean inside and out. It's a good location in town. We visited during the off-season, and it was quiet. However, due to its proximity to the town, I'd imagine that this rental would be busy during peak season.This is for you if you want a mountain home feel without the drive. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful.

What a great place!

This was our first time visiting Helen but it won’t be our last. The rental was perfect for what we wanted…on the water so we could enjoy the sound of the river, within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions, and stocked with pretty much everything needed to enjoy our time there. Communication with the rental company was great as well. Our favorite spot was on the screened porch!

Perfect location for walking everywhere! We loved the condo and its location! It was perfect! We loved sitting on the porch watching the tubers go by. And we tubed twice!

Amazing Stay!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Chattahoochee River House 1. It was centrally located and walking distance to the magical Helen area. The place was sparkly clean and the property management team was very attentive. Overall, 10/10!

We were more than happy with our stay. Clean, quiet, nice views along the riverside, close walls to everything in downtown Helen & elsewhere - We were not disappointed!! We highly recommend and we plan on returning for another visit to Helen very soon!!!

Great long weekend

The condo was very clean and within walking distance to town. The property has easy access to the river which we sat by every afternoon and watched/talked to the tubers. The management company was super nice and handled some of our issues with professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

This apartment is spacious and immaculate. The location is perfect being right on the river. Beds are comfortable. Perfect for doing laundry, grilling out and relaxing. If you are staying long term, there is no great place for your clothes like a drawers in either bedroom. Only the closet. Also wish we had a toaster as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy and Cute

Very quite nice place with plenty of room.The 2.5 baths came in handy. Easy access to all the fun. Pretty Creek on back side of Condo. TV's have Roku with all the Apps. Very Clean!! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

We had a great stay for a mini vacation. The only bad thing was the stay was too short. Location was great. The property and apartment (I guess it would be considered) was absolutely fabulous. We will be returning!

Perfect location for Oktoberfest!

This location was perfect for the Oktoberfest festivities and the size of the unit was great. Both bedrooms had their own full bath and there was a half bath accessible to the living area. The front porch was perfect to enjoy the fall weather and leaf viewing.
