We were very disappointed with our stay at this cabin. We discovered that the air conditioner was not working, which made the cabin extremely uncomfortable, especially during the warmer temperatures.
We immediately contacted the property owner to report the issue. Unfortunately, we were informed that there was no way to repair or resolve the problem before our scheduled checkout date. While the owner offered a $50 credit, there was little effort made to find a reasonable solution or provide alternative accommodations.
Checking out early was not a realistic option for us because we had nowhere else to stay on such short notice. As a result, we were forced to endure the uncomfortable conditions for the remainder of our stay.
We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but customer service and responsiveness matter. We expected more concern and assistance from the property owner when faced with such a significant issue. Based on this experience, we would be hesitant to stay here again.
