First off the staff was always there for help. The cabin was amazing. The only regret is only 5 days.

The house itself was fine but there were some issues that might not bother everyone but it is the small things that make you happy on a vacation and can easily be fixed! The sheets on the bed came off every night! ( solution: buy new sheets) The bathroom in the master bedroom could used some extra hooks for hanging your clothes while you were showering! I had to put the towel on the floor so I could reach it! Next, the toilets would run for an extended time after flushing and there were notes with a number to call if it didn’t stop! Just call a plumber and have this fixed! All this is just my being picky probably but when you pay over 2000 dollars for four nights it should look and feel and have EXTRA rather than less!

House was perfect for our group of four, we each had a room to ourselves, the house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with any size pots & pans, plus silverware and utensils. The area was quiet and we felt very safe in the area.

Nice and enjoyable with some constructive feedback

The property was nice and we enjoyed our visit. No major complaints however the carpet on the stairs going to the basement was dirty and needs to be replaced. The very back bedroom in the basement has water damage from an a/c window unit and the carpet was crunchy.

Sister’s Trip

Great location. House was very roomy. Hot tub was a plus. Just a few suggestions…the outdoor deck furniture was filthy and we could not use it. Keeping the garbage in the house was not sanitary maybe have a garbage pail in the house out of sight.

Our group had so much fun in the surrounding area. So much to see and do. The group really enjoyed their stay - especially the pool table and hot tub.

Tee time not tv time!

Very nice place to stay but don’t expect to watch tv in real time. No network or local news available. All kinds of other viewing options possible Netflix, Amazon prime… Facilities nicely decorated and well supplied with necessities.

Nice area ….. house needs updating

Positive first…. Management company prompt with requests. Kitchen is large and den furniture comfortable. Negative …..Pictures on vrbo are not current….House is cluttered with too much stuff. Most everything is old and worn including shag carpeting. . Kitchen is full of worn out, hodgepotch cookware, etc. Master shower had not been cleaned and toilet was not working properly even after prompt repair man worked on it. The bedroom and bath appear to be an add on and you have to go through another bedroom to access. The bedrooms downstairs were cold and door must be left open to get heat. Lastly , and a deal killer for a rental was the rats/mice that were in the walls in basement.

Spacious, clean, safe cabin near Helen, GA

Beautiful 4-bedroom 4-bath cabin, immaculate upon our arrival. Cabin is great for large/multi-family, friends gathering which also includes a pool table and dart board. It is nestled in a security-guarded golf community, a few short minutes to Helen, GA, with several falls and hiking trails nearby. Customer service was amazing! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Oktoberfest Bachelorette Trip

I booked Alpine Tee Time for my friend's bachelorette weekend trip, which we decided to do in Helen for Oktoberfest. The location of the rental was perfect. It was only about 5-7 mins to get into town, and close to other food/shop options as well. All the TVs are "smart" in one form or another, which was really great, as we had a movie night planned for the first night. Kitchen was very well stocked as well, and appliances have clearly been updated. Was very happy to have a Keurig for all our coffee and hot chocolate needs. Unfortunately we were forced to cut our trip short by a night, due to the septic system filling up and no one was able to come service it on the weekend. This meant we could not use the water at all. However the rental agent was very apologetic and helpful in quickly processing a refund for that night, as well as giving us no time limit to vacate the property, so we were still able to enjoy our time at Oktoberfest before having to leave. A couple of things that I would recommend being addressed are: - Updated Photos. The current photos show the game room having a futon, and I was actually counting this as one of our sleeping locations. There is no longer a futon, as it has been updated to a nice loveseat, but it has a center console, so it could not be used as a sleeping option. Fortunately one of the potential guests, could not make the trip, so we had enough beds even without that. Same for the living room, although the virtual tour shows the updated living room. - Master bedroom TV makes a squealing noise when on, and does not fade when putting on a show/music. - Master bathroom entrance - there is a staple or something poking through the carpet that needs to be fixed so it does not hurt anyone.

Mountain side roads, Gated community

Property was nice and clean. Very spacious for the 6 of us. Unfortunately they had just switched Tv Service providers so some of the TV's weren't working but they immediately put in request for repair. Some of the toilets also got hung up and continued to run after flushing and again they were quick to get someone out to take care of it. Jacuzzi was already running and nice and warm. Location was close to a little tourist town with bars, restaurants and tourist shopping. If you are staying to get with nature, there are beautiful mountains and lots of nature around. We saw Deer and even a mother and two cubs ( bears) right from our balcony. There is railing around the balcony and it is raised off of the ground so we felt safe and were able to view them for a good 20 minutes. Plenty of patio furniture to hang around on... Overall we had a great time with minor issues... The bad, It is like mountainside driving through the neighborhood with steep hills and curvy roads also the driveways can be a little steep. Would only recommend to more experienced motorcycle riders. Regardless of the roads, it is a beautiful area to enjoy.

Amazing Neighborhood Cozy House

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was very cozy, comfortable, and roomy it fit our group of 8 perfectly. Every TV had either a firestick or was a smart TV. The game room and hot tub were the biggest hit with our family, we spent most of the time in the game room and we had a blast. The community was very quiet and peaceful, we even got to see a black bear and deer in the neighborhood. The management company was incredible, they checked in on us to make sure everything was going well, and it was very easy to get them to come and pick up the extra trash we had. We would definitely stay here again but the only downside was that the house had an overabundance of decorations which did not leave many surfaces for us to place our laptops, iPad or other charging devices.

Great location

The property was very nice. Any issues were had were quickly addressed. We had trouble figuring out the TV and the AC, but quickly got a response from the managers. The dart board could use some new darts, but the pool table was fun. The hot tub was great. All in all, great stay.

Great little getaway, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and traffic) of downtown Helen, but also close enough for a quick ride into town. Property was very well kept and just as pictured/described. Thanks!
