The apartment occupies the entire upper floor of a residential building and has been freshly renovated throughout. Every appliance, piece of furniture and finish is brand new.
The Living Area
The open-plan living space is designed for comfort and relaxation. A large sectional sofa invites you to unwind after a day of exploring, while the full-width electric fireplace set into a striking feature wall creates a warm and cosy atmosphere year-round. LED architectural lighting runs throughout the apartment, giving the space a modern, boutique feel. A Smart TV is available for evenings in.
The Kitchen
Cooking here is a pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Miele oven, Bora induction cooktop, microwave, full-size fridge, Nespresso machine and air fryer. Everything you need for preparing meals from breakfast through to dinner is at your disposal. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with additional bench seating for larger groups.
The Bedrooms
Three individually designed bedrooms each have their own character and feel. Warm taupe, teal and terracotta textured accent walls give each room a distinct identity while maintaining a cohesive, contemporary style throughout. All three bedrooms have king beds with quality bedding and ample storage. The master bedroom has a dedicated Smart TV. The sofa in the living area converts to an additional bed, making the apartment comfortable for up to 8 guests in total.
The Bathroom
The bathroom is finished to a high standard with a ceiling rain shower, heated towel rail and floating vanity. Clean, modern and well appointed.
The Balcony
Step outside onto the private balcony directly off the living room and take in views of the Bernese Alps and the surrounding neighbourhood. A perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.
Parking
Free private parking is available directly in front of the building for the duration of your stay, with space for two vehicles.
Check-in
Self check-in is via lockbox. Access codes will be provided 24 hours before your arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. The host lives on the ground floor and is available in person should you need anything during your stay.

Heimberg sits at the gateway to the Bernese Oberland, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. The historic town of Thun, with its medieval castle, old town and waterfront promenade along the Aare river, is just a few minutes away by car. Lake Thun, one of Switzerland’s most scenic lakes, is easily reachable for swimming, boat trips and waterfront dining.
Bern, Switzerland’s federal capital and a UNESCO World Heritage city, is approximately 20 minutes away. The city offers world-class museums, a stunning medieval old town, excellent restaurants and a vibrant cultural scene.
For those looking to venture further, Interlaken is around 40 minutes away, putting the entire Jungfrau region within easy reach. Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Mürren and the Jungfraujoch are all accessible for day trips, whether you are visiting in summer for hiking and outdoor activities or in winter for skiing and snowshoeing.
Everyday amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies and local shops are within easy reach in Heimberg and neighbouring Thun.
Public transport connections are reliable, with bus and train links to Thun and Bern for those without a vehicle.
