"The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. One minor gripe - when we set the sofa bed up, the mattress was dirty, covered in dust and food crumbs from the previous stay. Otherwise the apartment is comfortable and in a good...

"Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . "We noticed on arrival a very bad smell in the kitchen - though the kitchen was not visibly dirty. We tried but did not manage to locate the source of the smell - but it put us off from cooking at the property. I did contact the property manager about this when we left. The rooms and accommodation were spacious and perfect for our stay visiting family. There was quite a lot of early morning foot fall noise from Above which woke everyone. And I dont think it was obvious from the booking site...
