The location of the property is excellent. The property management responded to our concerns, but should have inspected property for reported issues prior to our visit. The spider webs and spiders need to be addressed. The cleaniness of the house needed more than just surface cleaning. The grill only fired up to 200 degrees and the oven takes a long time to warm to temperature. The flooring in the top hallway is noisy. We suggest also to have a larger recycle can and work on the noisy showers. Overall, these things did not stop us from enjoying the property and the Finger Lakes.

House was great on the main floor and top floor. We all enjoyed the kitchen area, and the living and dining room areas. Basement bedroom was sub par. Outside Dock area and deck was really nice.

Beautiful Lake House

This house was everything we needed it to be! An absolutely perfect lake front location with walk in a jump in options, the best equipped kitchen of any rental we've ever stayed in, a lake view porch that had room for everyone, comfortable beds, comfortable living rooms that fit our big group. Truly could not have asked for anything more. It was simply a perfect vacation.

Family Vacation

The location was amazing. The house was right on the water with a dock you could fish and swim from. The common areas were big enough so that we could all relax together. We had 11 people, and we had no issues with space. There are outdoor tables on the main level and on the basement level and both were shaded. We enjoyed the fire pit outside as well. The house is on a street that is very peaceful. We thought parking was challenging at first, but it was not an issue at all. There is a steep driveway down to the house, but there are also 2 spots above on the left, so it fit our 4 cars easily.

Cornell graduation with a bunch of family

With a large family coming into town all needing accommodations, this lakefront home was perfect! We weren’t too far away from Ithaca and the actual graduation. Other options in Ithaca and closer to it were far too expensive, but most of all didn’t suit the needs for the number of people we had. This place was perfect! Near to several breweries and wineries and plenty of space in the home for our entire family, it really was the best choice we could’ve made.

Came up here for some of the wineries, state parks, and waterfalls. Relaxed and did some fishing on the dock. Great stay, would come here again for sure.

Family get away

House was very clean. Decks, patio and view of the lake was fantastic. Great location, close to a number of wineries and distilleries. Loved the amount of kitchen supplies. We had 7 adults which can go thru a lot of dishes quickly. Lots of space for everyone to relax. Parking can be challenging with the steepness of the driveway. Would definitely book it again.

Almost perfect

My group of 10 friends loved the house and the location. It was beautiful, right on the lake and close to everything. The beds were comfy and the house was spotless. We’re talking about a summer trip when we can enjoy more lake activities. There were two concerns. We found a dead mouse/rat drowned in a bowl of water in the kitchen sink. The other issue was that the people who slept in the lower level room noticed a smell of sewer coming from the bathroom.

Weekend getaway with Friends

We really enjoyed our stay. The lake and property are beautiful. Was a tiny bit difficult to find as the property sits very far off the road. The amenities were more than sufficient. Wish we would have had our kayaks to enjoy the lake. Would stay here again in a minute!

Spacious and clean

Property is right on the lake. House was very clean and spacious. We had 6 couples. One bedroom was very small but all others were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Driveway is long but wasn’t an issue for us. Parking for four cars only.

Lakefront Oasis

Staying at this property was incredible! There’s nothing quite like waking up, sliding that screen door open, and stepping out to enjoy the gorgeous view with your coffee. The kitchen has everything we would need cooking wise, but doesn’t come with oil, salt/pepper, or any food items—so be aware! The common rooms were the perfect place to enjoy each other’s company and play games. The location is IDEAL if you’re planning to visit any wineries. We made our way to quite a few, and all of you have to do is choose a direction and there are many at your fingertips. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Great Lake house.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was updated and very clean. They had everything we needed. The view was amazing too! There were 10 of us and everyone agreed it was a great home. The only suggestion we would have would be to address the creaky floors. Everyone could hear others walking on the top floor. Otherwise it was perfect. Thanks!

Amazing Location & Beautiful View!

This house and location is perfect for anyone looking for a Finger Lake’s getaway at Seneca Lake! We went on a girls’ trip and everything was great. The view of the lake from the kitchen/dining room was incredible, and the house was beautiful! It’s also really accessible to so many wineries and things to do, and the dock is perfect for lake day hangouts! The only issue we ran into was with the fridge. It never got cold enough for our items, and when I communicated with the rental on the issue I never heard back. Everything else, and all other communication, was perfect though! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house right on the lake!

A group of friends stayed at this property and had a great time! It's right on the lake and in a great location! Can be hard to find so I recumbent using Google Maps (over Apple Maps). The driveway is very steep but we didn't have trouble fitting 5-6 cars. They do not provide anything in the kitchen food-wise, so I would recommend bringing seasoning and condiments. I would definetly stay again!
