  • Retreat to this tranquil vacation rental cabin situated on the Little Red River just 10 min from Heber and the Lake. Your group of up to 5 will love our cabin and living area, fully equipped kitchen, and double deck. Our fishing deck is yours to use. Take a light jacket as it can be cool in the evening. We also offer a secondary seating area behind the cabin with charcoal grill and gas fire pit. We also have a covered patio behind cabin facing the river. Make this your get away.

    We have a NO PET POLICY.
    We are a dry county.

I walked away feeling like I had a friend in Mr. Ron. He was the ultimate host. The cabin, property and fishing were great. Will definitely be renting again

Great place to stay for some trout fishing on the Little Red. The place was spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and you can just walk down to the river and fish. Nothing negative to say here.

The Cabin at Cow Shoals is a great headquarters for enjoying the Little Red River. The comfortable cabin is spotless, perfectly maintained and well-outfitted. Ron is a great host and responded quickly to all our requests. He provided great recommendations on fishing, local restaurants and even helped us get our raft to the river. Simply a great host.

Fall fishing

We enjoy staying in this cabin. It has everything you need and is very comfortable, quiet and clean. This was our second time to stay there and we plan on returning in the spring.

Spring Getaway

This is a great getaway cabin with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The outdoor space is amazing as is the inside. Extremely comfortable, clean, quiet and easy access. Most definitely a place that we would book again.

Great place to stay if you want 5 stars

This is a very nice place to stay on the river. The cabin is perfect for a couple, the river is just outside the door, and you can catch trout from the bank. 5 stars all the way.

Great little Get-A-Way!!

Nice place for a little get away! Quite street! Nice host!! And lots of fishing! So nice to sit out on the patio and look at the River! with pretty landscaping! and Lots of hummingbirds! Really enjoyed our stay!
