"Considering we paid a lot of money for three nights, we were very disappointed in the condition of the property, including a rat that was living in the kitchen. The rat attacked our food on Friday night. The owners were obviously aware of the rat problem as there were traps under the sink. We were tempted to pack up and leave but didn't want to ruin the long planned trip and disappoint our grandchildren. Although the property manager brought new traps, we were not offered any discount or refund...

"The cabin is roomy, clean, comfy and easy to enjoy. The front porch is fantastic with the pine trees in front. We enjoyed our time at the cabin and enjoyed how close Tall Timber park was to the cabin."

"Me and the wife wanted to get away for the weekend to somewhere quiet and boy this hits the nail on the head. Beautiful property, clean and organized when we arrived and easy instructions on how to leave the house. We feel refreshed and the town of taylor/snowflake were such a treat to visit."

"We had three generations stay for a long weekend in Heber for a SXS ride. The house was perfect! Each couple had their own bathroom and we enjoyed cooking breakfastTogether each morning in the large kitchen area.The kitchen table was a great space to play cards and unwind after a long day of riding. "Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, as the cabin was located next to several other rentals, so the space is shared. However, that all changed after entering the cabin and seeing what it had to offer. The inside was awesome and very spacious, with a modern kitchen and central air. It also had tons of games for the kids and adults alike. The group I went with wants to make this cabin an annual destination. Thanks for an awesome stay!"

"This was our second year spending NYE weekend in Heber Overgard. This was our first time at this location. Our first host was amazing. Provided check in details, offered stores and sights to see near by we highly recommend trying a slice of pie or a cinnamon bun at Pandrosas Bakery! It is now a must stop with our visits to Heber. This host did not provide check in details in a timely manner. We had to reach out to the host before we took a 3 hour drive in and out of service with our kids for the...
