The hotel is affordable, the staff is super friendly and on top of things. Housekeeping is always on point and does a good job of making sure you have your room clean, and bed made. There are not too many big restaurants in the area as it's a small town, and there are no major shopping centers either, which I didn't mind it's quite and simple here. there is a washer and a dryer available on the premises, as well as a ice machine. I will definitely book here again. Thank you to the Staff and Management.

The room was basically clean. Don't care for plastic cover on mattress. Shower worked well. Refridgerator (with 2 leftover beers) worked well. Not a lot of choices in Hebbronville.

Look, this is a shmutzy motel. It is not nice, and the continental breakfast is a lie--doesn't exist anymore. However, the staff were helpful, and gave me a bottle of water at 5am on a Sunday (for the record, bottled water is not supplied, even though the local tap water has arsenic in it). So, if you need to crash on the cheap, whatever, this is fine. Traveling with kids? Go Best Western.

This location is “under new management”. Can’t imagine what it was like before! Running across the parking lot at night to get toilet paper from the office was not fun.

The room was clean but the internet was down most of the night. No place to connect phone next to the bed to charge. TV difficult to work (remote may of needed batteries).

We appreciate the feedback and we hope that you informed the front desk of these issues as we assure you they would have addressed all issues in a timely manner. Rebooting the Wi-Fi and if needed an extension cord for the plug in for your phone. As for the tv issues that you may have experienced if this issue was brought to the front desk staff's attention they would have gladly assisted you in the functions. Quiet, safe, nice clean room and friendly staff. Understandable to Covid19, the amenities such as continental breakfast has ceased. However, there’s a coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator inside the room which made up for it.
