"We had a very friendly greeting. The location is quite good for exploring the area from Falmouth to St Ives. The kitchen’s facilities and the bed were good. The “house” is quite small but OK for 2 people. Car park is compromised by some large pine trees that have birds in them."

"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"A lovely lodge in a great location. The wine, biscuits and milk welcome pack is a very nice touch. It is very comfortable and well equipped, although the shower door was difficult to use. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting but within an easy drive of either Penzance or St Ives for those shopping essentials or going to the beach."

"Incredibly designed and kitted out modern Shepherds Hut. Spotlessly clean, stunning view watching the sunsets, with a medium short walk to a beach for an even more incredible sunset. Helen was very lovely and thoughtful, couldn’t have asked for more when finishing a long days coastal walking. Highly recommend!"

Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. "Pedney Shepherd's Hut is located about 50 yards off the A30, around 6 minutes drive from the centre of Newlyn. "We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday house. The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The house was exactly as described, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.The hosts were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!"
